環境衞生：床單極不乾淨，半夜2點兩衹蟑螂🪳在你身上爬，有種你就來。
床單絕對不是一客一換，入住第一天，床上還有毛。
服務態度0分：説有蟑螂，給我換了個最便宜的房間，環境更差的房間。要求賠償，店長告訴我，不是已經給我換了房間了？這是換房間的事？怕我差評，還讓我取消訂單，這樣他就可以給我退當晚部分差價，這樣他們不用扣除平台佣金，我也沒辦法給差評了，我偏不。
環境設施：很多房間沒窗户，或者是假窗户。房間樓層，一出電梯，就是有木工在施工，環境極差。還有部分房間在6樓，其實就是5樓半，大部分都是閣樓，沒窗户，電梯都沒有。要提着行李箱自己走上去。

酒店太差了，服務員服務也不好，拖鞋也衹有一雙，吹風機拿了3個都是壞的，空調一整夜都沒用，房間太矮，容易碰到頭，早上退房，服務員都是愛搭不理，我也是服了。這麼久，第一次遇到這麼差的酒店。

屋內設施基本齊備，停車方便，全天24小時有熱水，衹是空調功率偏低，房間温度偏冷，電視機圖像差，基本無法觀看，衞生間排氣扇噪音太大！
