1.空調不製冷，大夏天熱的睡不着；2.房間未提供一次性拖鞋，且在線下單之後並無響應，基礎設施很差、服務也很差；3.表面上一個大的落地窗，實際上房間無法開窗，僅僅可以從洗手間開出一條縫來？很悶、空氣完全不流通；4.酒店的早餐很簡陋，甚至最基本的自助早餐都沒有，送到房間裏的都是不愛吃的速凍包子、燒賣、發糕之類，一個四星級酒店的早餐服務居然如此敷衍？5.特地選擇了積分兑換歡迎水果，結果居然是兩個陳年老梨，不知道放了多久了，就是用這個來歡迎客人的嗎？真的配不上這個價格。

房間裝修還是蠻新的，不少智能的樣品，不過房間衞生不行，客人入住夠的時候一樓有早餐，不然就是蒸包啥的送房間的，前台和早餐部服務都非常好，也多次入住了
