Room was too hot, AC didn’t work and had a bad nights sleep.
Hotel is otherwise good in a great location with overall clean and tidy rooms/facilities
Gym was a little basic but did the trick

We enjoyed the swimming pool very much during this rainy weekend. Service and cleaniless as expected in such an hotel. The rooms are aging though and breakfast buffet was average. However in these complicated COVID times it's already a miracle that they can keep operating...

The hotel staff and service made this wonderful trip even better for us. Everyone was super friendly and they paid attention to detail. Would go there again if I had the chance!

房間非常好，佈局舒適，酒店前台幫助升級了房間，湖景特別美。酒店中餐廳大廚做菜很好，連續2天都在中餐廳吃飯。服務也很貼心，特別是有位姓蔣的值班經理熱心幫助。

一開始訂的雙床其實是要大床到了前台跟服務員溝通之後想要大床 前台小姐姐説給我們升級了一下換了個大床還是很開心的 國慶客人很多但是大堂的服務還是很到位禮賓小哥Kyrie看我們行李多主動幫忙 後面房間要一些東西也是他送的 雖然房間設施有些舊了早餐人好多總體來説還都很滿意

大門口沒有迎賓，找車位找了20分鐘，到了前台，前台的工作人員我衹能呵呵了，全程無笑容，不想評價。接着進房間，圖片自己看吧！無力吐槽，這酒店真是差的不是一心半點。沒有下次

我想説，這個酒店讓我抓狂了，我甚至到3點都沒睡，因為房間太潮濕了，打電話給前台，前台説房間都這樣，我説我昨天住的陶都半島也沒有這麼潮啊，這是五星級酒店，被子怎麼能這樣，根本睡不成！還有吐槽的是這個酒店的破床， 真是太差勁了，床墊的邊很硬切不柔軟，你躺床墊邊上，整個床墊都會傾斜，這是用的彈簧墊而不是全乳膠墊的，反正真是我這輩子住萬達艾美的噩夢，再也不會來，真是從來沒住過這麼差的酒店！千萬別來！！！
