酒店停車很方便，車位比較多地下室也可以停車。晚上睡得很香周圍很安靜，房間整體設施都很滿意，酒店服務態度比較好，第一次在酒店用自助洗衣很滿意、今天早餐遇到旅遊團人特別多，用餐雖然排了會隊但也很愉快

非常不滿意，掛羊頭賣狗肉。明明一個老破酒店錦都金源酒店，換個名字開個門重新改名成23年開業，連設備名字都沒改。設備老舊空調不開冷熱，有蚊子送個蚊香液都不願意。小孩多次哭醒。不知如何能審核通過，吃了多少回扣

藝龍安雲酒店跟錦都金源酒店是同一家酒店，屬於兩塊牌子、一個班子的關係，這一點從酒店的外部和內部的各種標識當中都能體現出來。酒店的硬件措施還是非常不錯的，單門獨棟，有大面積的停車場以及地下車庫，大堂敞亮，前台大氣，樓層走廊開闊，房間面積較大，裝修風格雖有些年代感了，但品質還是可以的，各種設備用具一應俱全，前台帥哥美女主動熱情，顏值在線，業務熟練，樓層服務員也能及時的將用過的行李車拉走，這些服務都無可挑剔，總體來説，這個酒店住得還是比較舒服的。同時，需要指出的是，我們住的温馨家庭房可能有段時間沒有人入住了，各種枱面上都會有一層薄薄的灰塵，沒有及時打掃，另外，早餐體驗不是很好，八點半下樓就餐，部分餐品已經不夠熱了，一些温温的，還有一些甚至是涼的

很久沒有住酒店了，感覺挺奈斯的，獨棟大樓，臨近體育館周邊，夜晚很安靜。走幾分鐘就到了夜宵一條街。前台小姐姐甜甜的，早餐油條不錯。值得推薦

酒店在火車站邊，晚上偶爾有火車的聲音，5.1入住的人很多，停車場很大，地面地庫都有，早餐一般，吃吃飽。
