我訂的是親子房，房間整體還不錯，客廳上下架床，房間是個大房，優點：空間是不錯，視野開闊，價格適中。缺點：1,樓下是KTV晚上睡覺比較吵。2,水龍頭的水偏黃

這是我們第二次來英德，上次住在鎮中心市場附近，這間是比較遠一點的，在馬路邊，步行三分鐘左右就可以到排行比較靠前的農家菜，味道不錯也便宜。便利店超市之類的附近好像沒有，對於自駕車的住户比較友好。房間挺大的，設施也很新，窗外是馬路，還可以遠眺英西峯林，馬路邊的車聲會有一點點吵，但是不夠酒店3樓的KTV吵，這間酒店最大的不好就是樓下的噪音。我們入住當天晚上，有人唱歌一直到凌晨兩點半還沒結束，真的吵死了，3點那幫人還直接上到我們住的樓層，很大聲的經過走廊，我睡眠很好的，都被那些聲音吵到我直接失眠，五點多才迷迷糊糊的睡了一下，我們第二天還要長途開車的，睡眠不好的真的要謹慎選擇。第二天我看到登記入住的表格，應該是當地居民去那個KTV唱歌的，我們很喜歡英西峯林的山，但是以後我們應該不會再住這間酒店了，設施、硬件什麼都沒問題，就是唱歌的噪音店家不解決的話真的很影響入住

挺好的…除了洗手枱小了點,別的都挺好的,有喝茶的茶几,房間也乾淨,附近一公里左右也有很多吃的,推薦運勝美食,便宜好吃又大份,值得推薦,點了四個菜,不到100塊,四個人吃不完

本來房間環境和裝修都挺不錯的，而且沒有異味，很舒適，但是國慶當天晚上洗澡洗到一半停電，停了10分鐘才恢復，又熱，給的一次性拖鞋也是很薄的很破的，我覺得配不上這個價位。

一百出頭的酒店，房間裝修還可以，真的是假日酒店品牌的風格，地毯也是假日酒店品牌的風格，我差點就以為是真的假日酒店了。
衞生乾淨，不過水池下水有點慢；
水龍頭有點松，花灑有點銹，但都不影響使用。
洗澡水壓超大，感覺可以當按摩了。
酒店3樓有ktv，之前看評論有客人説吵，我們就選了10樓小點的房間。
這房間其實也不小，但和9樓以下比就少了個陽台的面積。
酒店邊就有廣東萬里碧道，步行去林峯曉鎮和洞天仙境都是2.5公里的樣子。

前台人員很好溝通，需要換雙床房，前台補差價就升級了，酒店位置跟環境都很好，房間空間大，乾淨衞生，隔音也不錯，晚上挺安靜的，酒店離景區近，前台也可以幫買景區優惠門票。

前台小姐姐人很好，辦理入住很方便，房間大，有泡茶的工具，附近出的方便，離英西峯林，洞天仙境都比較近，開車十來分鐘就到了，很方便

酒店裝修比較新，房間大，性價比高，附近吃飯也比較方便，離景區也不遠，這個價格確實很划算了，非常好的一次體驗，服務態度非常好
