I didn’t expect it... the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are intact, and the price/performance ratio is really high, but there is a little bit, about 200 meters away for breakfast, the taste is not bad

1.並未入住也扣款，行徑***。
2.前台服務員態度差，8.9號0：32第一次前往，告知時間定錯無房（訂單日期為8.9號）。並未告知可修改時間後入住或可現場訂房。下樓後再訂房返回，告知有房，不給開，因為客人批評了員工説服務欠缺。讓給酒店管理人員打電話，等了十幾分鍾，最後不了了之。
3.酒店的環境如圖所示。大家過細斟酌理性消費。

匆匆忙忙的換的酒店沒有過多的篩選.萬萬沒想到離火車站非常方便.趕火車都不怕遲到.前台小姐姐和小哥哥也非常熱情.問有沒有開車過來.估計是想告訴我停車的位置.今天中午起晚了.以為12點多退房會有延遲退房的花費.萬萬沒想到小姐姐説兩點前退房就可以.要我們別著急.nice.以後來宜昌還是會繼續住這邊的.
