Very comfortable hotel which is well placed and convenient for St Brieuc and surrounding area. Near main road but in a quiet area so no road noise. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Arrived without reservation on the way to Brest, the welcome at the reception makes you quickly forget the fatigue. Free parking available, free wifi. The room is clean and comfortable in size. Do not hesitate. Catering available in the evening.

Mixed welcome: drink offered in platinum water or badoit .... never seen that in IBIS! Average bedding. We don't feel like we're expected or pampered. For my part, I will not return because no sense of commercial hospitality

Home ok apart from the welcome drink, there is none. First time not having this drink in an Ibis. The hotel offers prepared meals which are good, but given the price, the quantity is not there and it is better not to be too hungry. The room is fine, apart from the mattress... might as well go to the ibis budget just opposite which is cheaper, the mattress is just uncomfortable. For the staff, they are pleasant except for one (I guess it's the manager) this staff does not speak English (the base in the hotel industry) and in addition he is unpleasant to wish with the customers, just because the foreigners were installed at the wrong table. Mr advice retire or change jobs

This is not the first time we have been to this hotel. When we arrived on Friday afternoon 1/07, there was a problem with the sanitary facilities which was resolved quickly and efficiently (change of room) by the receptionist. Sunday morning 3/07 bad surprise no hot water. When I speak to the hostess present that day, we learn that it has been since the night before. I expressed regret that customers were not informed of this. His reaction was particularly disagreeable "does a breakdown ever happen to you? and try to find a plumber on weekends". Even if we can understand the problem we do not expect to be snubbed in this way. Another detail: holes in the bed sheet!

No welcome drink, the response was very limited. we had to ask for the croissants with the following answer "we'll try" and I didn't get a reduction on the price of breakfast!!
