Review from the aquapark, and more precisely about the administrator, who worked in the morning 13.03.2023, deceived on the phone! We forgot things in the dressing room 12.03, came out of the aquapark immediately under closure in 22.00, the next morning 14.03 called the resepschen aquapark administrator told me that it would warn all about our forgotten things and they would not be thrown out, I called her all morning after every 40 minutes, she said that things didn't bring ... when I called probably for the fifth time she told me to come to see, my husband arrived me after 15 minutes and immediately told him that things had already been thrown! The girl told me in the morning that she warned 2 changes of guards (as if the guards throw everything), that everything is in the course ..... Okay, the water park let us have a rule to throw things, no questions, but why then this administrator told me all morning, that things have not yet been brought, that she spoke to the security, then offered to come and immediately the security has already said that everything was thrown? ! Very sorry! We were constant visitors of the aquapark, now I don't know what to do, to date there is no desire to go there, and to advise someone this place too no longer want

First of all, we were told to pay for the entrance of a 10 months old baby to the pool, although everywhere, even in very high-class places, the entrance of children under 3 years old is free. After I showed my own inflatable little pool, where my baby was supposed to swim, the hotel administrator did us a ”favor”, saying that if the child does not take a place in the common pool with his own inflatable ring, then we can skip pay for him THIS TIME. As for the pool itself. I can’t say that this place is worth the money for the entrance, as it looks not very nice and clear. The sun loungers under the roof were all in use by the time we arrived, and we had to move the other sun loungers under the roof and sit on the edge of the seating area, from where, if we sat down carelessly, we could fall down the stairs. And finally a cafe. The food here is completely tasteless. The pizza seems to be cooked on Armenian bread “matnakash” with impossibly hot pepper. French fries are limp and bend like spaghetti. So also in the end they counted more than we ordered. Highly don’t recommend this place’s pool.

Bed, towels - everything is perfectly clean and smooth 👍🏻 Bed comfortable, sleeped well. The hosts are friendly and non-invasive. To the center they got to the taxi - here it is very cheap (150-209). The budget hotel is close to Cascade. In the previous review (@IuliaBorunova) everything is very detailed and our views are practically consistent, although it has been 4 years since their visit. It didn't really like that for a long time could not find the missing vent ...I liked the presence of a pool, which was relevant in hot weather, so I will put ”4,” but next time I prefer to choose another place of residence.
