I’m writing this review from the reception of the resort. We are staying here as a family at Grand Palace. We paid the full price for the sunrise rooms. Sadly, the room we were given had mould in bathroom, clogged bathroom, no towels, phone wasn’t working. The time take for room service to get chai was almost 45 mins. The front desk says they’re sending the maintenance people for rectyimg issue. Sadly no one turns up. WiFi wasn’t working. There is no issue they want to resolve. The front desk staff Mr ***ikandan wasn’t responsive to any of these issues and kept making us running around in circles. Disappointing to say the least, please avoid this property. You might as well stay in any other place by paying a little mark up price. The view from the resort is good but definitely not worth the inconvenience and hassle guests have to face!!
