Great location near the Leeds Bradford airport. Room was welcoming and comfortable.

Easy access to airport. No lifts so had to carry heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs. I asked to be moved to a ground floor room but he wasn’t interested. I find it hard to believe that an airport hotel does not have a lift when most people are travelling with cases. Room was clean , tidy but basic. No hot water at all for a shower/bath! Hotel worked for easy access for an early morning flight but not really worth the £90 paid.

Room dirty smelled of damp/mould. Asked to swap to separate room but told not possible. Cobwebs in room and dirty looking where units meet floor in bathroom area. Not acceptable . Place needs to be looked at and totally updated. No lift either which is totally useless especially more difficult when travelling with a baby like us. Will be expecting no less than full refund.

Andy (Andy Pandy) on reception was extremly helpful. The beefeater was closed so gave me great advice on where to have my evening meal. Also helped to arrange a taxi to the airport in the morning. Plus refunded straight away for the meal deal that was on my bill.

A man entering room at midnight scaring to ladies leaving at 3am for a flight and getting offered breakfast which was impossible leaving so early

Good location for Leeds Airport, but needs an update. Bathroom was dirty with poo on the underneith of the toilet seat. Also Beefeater was closed, would have been nice to be informed so we could have made other plans. Vending machine was also out of order in the reception. Watch out for the grand canyon pot holes in the carpark entrance.

Room was cold, tried to warm it up with the room heater but didn’t work. Went to reception and was told it is on an override switch and they would increase the heat. It didn’t work. I wore my coat in the room then got into bed with layers to keep warm.

Hotel is tatty and torn , lacks cleanliness , carpets dirty , bathroom floor edges dirty No reception was in attended on arrival , waited 5 mins No one on departure First room allocated smelt damp very damp , did get moved

Wanted to be near LBA due to early flight the next morning but also wanted reluable, quality of accommodation.
