忘拍照房間附圖了，不好意思。房間是三房的，步梯三樓，雖然户型比較老，但頗具居家氛圍，各種設備不缺都有，適合一家子或多朋友結伴出行住宿，房東人很好，隨時在線回覆消息，有要求就提，都很馬上送過來。此外還有各種旅遊、餐館、買水果等問題都可以問，都會給推薦，好評。另外，她家還有船可以出海海釣，很棒。再説下民宿位置，位置就在海邊港口，煙台山腳下，旁邊就是朝陽街和所城裡，晚上出來就能逛。旁邊還有阜民街吃飯地方，各種餐館超多，步行就幾百米，另外附近還有大型商場萬達等，總之位置絕佳，生活設施不缺。最後説旅遊，酒店位置相當於煙台旅遊中間節點，往西可以租車跑一跑金沙灘，包括夾河大橋（可以趕海）後沙廣場、戀煙台禮堂、海水浴場、天空之約、孤獨的鯨、天馬棧橋等，往東南可以坐17路網紅公交，一條線遊覽煙台山、月亮灣、東炮台、海韻廣場、東山棧橋、漁人碼頭、養馬島等，總之十分便捷。

房子非常大，很乾凈整潔，很適合全家一起出遊訂房，主要是離海邊和煙台山非常近，去朝陽街的路上也有很多好吃的，晚上吃完飯還可以在海邊溜達一下簡直不要太爽

房間非常寬敞，乾淨，衞生條件非常好，房主特別熱情、細心、周到，有家的感覺，站在陽台上就能看見海，煙台山公園和海鮮市場都非常近，這次有事着急回去，下次再來還定這家，多住些天，好好玩玩！

房間位置非常好找，很大很寬，床品舒服，房間很温馨。定的套房是為了可以做飯，寬敞的廚房還有獨立飯廳，下樓幾步遠就是遊艇碼頭，不錯的入住體驗，可以推薦的民宿[微笑]
