酒店硬件很不錯，床枕頭都舒服，臨河而居，靜謐閑適。孩子特別喜歡，非要再住幾天。可惜都滿了。服務也很好，除了服務人員的熱情、周到、細緻外，酒店也花了很多小心思，比如有洗衣液、護膚品等等。有時候真是細微之處見真心啊！超級贊！還有用心準備的小食，美味！下次來揚州再來！

因為4.9的評分預訂的三間房，不過的確讓人很失望1 因為地理位置的原因 其實終年不見陽光的， 南面是居民高樓 北門是運河，加上我塵蟎過敏 幾乎沒睡 一直噴嚏。尤其家庭房， 完全有黴味，被我果斷拒絕。
2 算是民宿 但是接近1000的價格也着實太讓人太失望， 普通民宿配備的碳酸飲料，冰水一一概沒有.
3 經典伊秀的洗髮沐浴用品 沒聽説過 不評價
4 完全不含早，這種硬件設施不知道怎麼會定價這麼高
5 當然顯著的特點就是熱情，可能每個人的關注點不一樣
綜上所述 算踩坑

電動窗簾在晚上十二點多自動打開了，老闆晚上十二點多要上樓幫我把窗簾關上。前台小姐姐服務可以，頂樓的房間，對面就是居民樓，

優點：前台很熱情，外面環境挺好
缺點：房間陽光直曬，晚上又悶熱又幹；入住時浴室居然是濕的，也沒有墊子；廁所沒有門，就簾子；房間門隔音差；最奇葩的是，房間沒有電話，有事要下樓去喊。

感覺名字叫酒店，但其實就是客棧性質，預訂的時候確實是沒太上心多看看，本來打算住星級酒店的，結果是家庭式的，衞生間的窗户關不上，晚上上廁所🚾的時候有風進來，隔音效果也不好，加上去的時候又接連下雨🌧️，反正住宿體驗一般，但老闆跟服務員態度都很好，感覺她們都盡力想做好，確實硬件不行，總體感覺很一般。

前台很熱情，主動給我們升級了大房間，房間很舒服！但是我們一夜沒睡好，我老公半夜要穿衣服走，房間水管嘩啦啦響，衹要上面有人用水就嘩啦啦，0點後還在響，吵的我們快奔潰，空調太智能了，一會停一會啟動，一啟動聲音超響….這毛巾🤦♀️有潔癖的我實在不忍心下手
