服務人員熱情友善，尤其前台黃女士就像對待家人一樣的有求必應、無微不至，非常感謝！旅店所在的位置去哪一個地方都很方便。西到桂林山水情、東到印象劉三姐、北至陽朔西街、南至十里畫廊、如意峯景區。近在咫尺的陽朔汽車客運站，有長途巴士到附近地區，也可以在哪裡購買前往陽朔高鐵站的車票，搭乘接駁車至鳳鳴旅遊集散中心搭乘專線巴士。

房間電子秤是壞的 拖鞋沒有一次性的 是臭的 電視是壞的 打過前台電話半小時沒人來 自己下去找前台 又過了15分鐘才來的師傅。過年期間漲價幅度高 看環境也就是200左右價格的連鎖酒店 結果鉑金會員打完折還要661。整體不行

酒店房間乾淨，服務員很熱情，早餐品種豐富，去西街和景區都很方便，距離不是很遠，就是停車需要收費，不過過夜10塊錢也不計較了。千古情非常值得看。贊，下次還住這個酒店

酒店交通方便，四周壞境優美，鬧中取靜，晚飯過後可以散步到十里畫廊看夜景，房間乾淨寬敞明亮，客房姐姐有求必應，非常熱情！唯一的不足就是，酒店大堂到乘電梯處的地方有個台階，但前台小姐姐及時提供了服務！彌補了遺憾！所以下次還住這家酒店！

環境不錯，房間很乾凈整潔，還有洗衣房，早餐品種多。就是房間沒有配一次性拖鞋，跟前台講了，前台馬上配送。沒有提前做攻略，前台小姐姐非常熱情給我們介紹附近好玩的景點，睌上西街很熱鬧，這家酒吧還是不錯的。

第一次來陽朔，也不知道哪家酒店好，看了一下網評，就訂了！設施，配套，衞生都不錯，洗衣機，烘乾機，都有的！都是去景點打卡，然後回來吃個晚飯去西街逛街！重點是有停車場但是需要自費10元過夜費，酒店人服務真的很好，就不斤斤計較了！
