Hygiene is very good. The location is great, right next to the train station. The waiter at the front desk in the lobby was very nice and answered all questions. The elevator is relatively old. The hotel's disposable supplies are insufficient, and less than 20 paper towels are given out every day. I have complained to the front desk and the cleaning lady but there has been no improvement. I hope the hotel can be more "grand".
