雖然春節期間因人員短缺導致一些入住問題，但是就酒店本身而言，是值得四五星好評的，尤其房間乾淨整潔，設施不錯，供暖系統尤其值得稱讚。遺憾無停車場，無早餐。特別感謝守店小哥跑前跑後做出的艱苦努力和服務！

近市區，附近有夜市，交通方便
我住4晚，每天門卡都進不去，要回走到櫃枱重刷鎖匙卡，沒空調，窗外面是個奇怪牆壁櫃？
有一次性拖鞋等設備，齊全
尚算衞生，就床單上有些黃色污跡

整體還算可以 位置也挺好 下火車坐公交半個小時左右就能到 周圍也有很多吃的 裏寶塔山景區也很近
但是
1 衞生間 便池周圍的地 粘鞋
2 洗手池 放水不是很順暢 而且 會反味兒 用一會兒之後就會上來一股下水道的味道

房間乾淨，服務好，早餐很好吃，地理位置方便，性價比高，前台小姐姐很熱情，有幫忙延時退房，家一樣的感覺，大廳也很乾凈，很棒，設施設備齊全，房間乾淨，床品舒服，採光好，房間很大，內窗安靜，走廊乾淨衞生，性價比高，價格優惠，出差來的延安，網絡評價衞生很好，然後預訂入住的。不得不説酒店衞生非常乾淨；進入酒店和房間後，香薰非常讓人舒服；早餐好吃，品種多。入住很滿意。

我衹是實話實説。我辦理入住的時候就聽到前台打電話讓別的客人不要寫網上評論説送卷，然後是入住後發現牆紙都起來了根本不是他們所謂的19年開業裝修，房子也很舊這樣都是小問題。退房説發票的平台開，也行，結果平台顯示不能開專票，但凡懂法的人都知道必須能開專票，找客服才開了專票，寄票又花10塊錢，這不都是額外的費用嘛，下訂單的時候為什麼不説，然後下午酒店給我打電話故技重施，讓我不要寫評論還説工作人員備註給我升房了，哪裡升了麼，搞笑 過來過去的讓我不要評論 我説我衹是正常評論，電話掛了又打一遍，我衹是出差 又覺得星程連鎖 結果呢 房子不咋樣 工作人員一個勁不讓寫評論 開專票都是我維權主動才開出來的 還得添快遞費 搞笑的是平台具體提示我這個房型原因開不了專票 非得讓人找客服才趕緊開了票，説難聽的這種事情衹要想投訴一投一個準 還不給開專票 當人不懂法呢 這酒店我也是不聯繫大家住了 這是第一次差評 你們實至名歸

前台接待張小燕小姐姐温和，親切。服務非常熱情，周到。始終微笑服務，賓至如歸的感覺。設施稍陳舊，但保潔衞生做得比較好，酒店位置好，出行方便。
