It is near the station so that you can hear the passing sound of the Shinkansen. Free parking is on the back side of the hotel and I think it is the best location for a business hotel. There are supermarkets and 100 nearby, so I didn't feel particularly inconvenient for long stays. By the way, the number of breakfast items was enough for me and it was very delicious, so I ate more than usual. Based on the Viking of a huge resort hotel, some people may feel that the number of items is small, but it is a passing point as a business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly, so I would like to make a reservation without hesitation on my next business trip to Yamaguchi.

I stayed in a single room for 6 nights for my second stay following February of this year. The hotel has 5 floors and is a 15-minute walk from the south exit of Hofu Station (Aeon side).
