The overall network environment was very poor during my two-night stay. The network speed was too slow to support video conferencing (tested: WeChat video and voice were stuck and normal calls were not possible/Taobao live broadcast was stuck and it was very difficult to refresh the page). I made a mistake by forgetting to take a screenshot of the speed test. Nowadays, the network environment has become part of the hotel's hardware facilities. In this case, the hotel can be disconnected from the Internet for nearly 5 hours. Summarize: There is always water everywhere in the shower, so the leaky faucet is not a big deal to me. The sheets were stained on the edges and I brought the clothes I wore to the hotel so I didn’t complain to the front desk. After checking in, the various welcome fruits looked very good, and the room was large and clean, with a river view. As a result, the nightmare came. My husband and I frequently heard the "dong-dong-dong" sound of someone stepping heavily and repeatedly walking up the stairs at night. (Later I woke up during the day and confirmed with the front desk that it was the sound of the stairs in the loft parent-child suite. A couple brought three children to check in) As a good local hotel, all the details and small rituals are in place. But I want to say that I came to stay in the hotel to rest. If I don’t have a good rest, no matter how many rituals I have, it’s useless. Before checking in, we specifically told the front desk that we couldn't sleep well and we must arrange a quiet room away from the elevator, but they turned around and arranged us in a family suite on the stairs. The hotel is located on some floors of a rather messy commercial building... mixed with people. The floor of the tatami room is not flat. There is a large step above it. I am afraid of falling when I go to the toilet at night. The windows are very small. I could hear the sound of the engine all night, and finally found out it was a small refrigerator... The most devastating thing is at two o'clock in the morning! A man and a woman came back outside, singing songs. After entering the room, the automatic music on the TV played for half an hour. During this period, they came in and out of the room, and the music stopped for a while. It was so clear that I collapsed! The sound insulation is too poor. Didn't sleep all night! Although snacks were given, I couldn’t help but feel that the experience was poor! Extremely bad! Why is this hotel rated four stars…. And this building is not Wanda Plaza...

榻榻米房間雖然小了些，不過一家人住還是可以的。地板很乾凈，床很寬。送了水果還有乾果銀耳湯，比較貼心？早餐是套餐，不是自助餐，提前可以選擇自己想要的套餐。
