掛羊頭賣狗肉，導航的地方往左走，是個賓館，哪裡是什麼酒店，老闆説話賊氣人，你就花了這麼點錢，定了這酒店，我開個票還咄咄逼人，最好你明天倒閉，房間裏面衹有一根毛巾，一次性拖鞋都沒有，垃圾的一批，更摳鼻的是四個插頭，三個給你糊上了，衹有一個能用，噁心到我了，開票的時候**給税點還説我不差錢，不差錢你受***税點，真是***，不會再來住了，以前對蘇北很喜歡我，這種蒼蠅店是真的噁心

網上掛凱豪酒店的名，其實是住在一家很破的賓館裏，床單都是破的，衞生間也很簡陋，毛巾上都是洗不掉的污漬還拿來給客人用，我是凌晨3點多到的辦的入住，由於住的比較晚跟老闆溝通能不能晚點退房，老闆很無情的説不可以晚，不然要收費的，於是今天十一點半就開始來催促人退房，十二點又來催一次，無語了，超時付你錢不就好了，老是催什麼，給人感覺很不好，早知道是家賓館而且條件這麼差我就不去了，由於到的時間太晚了就湊合一晚上，這個條件這個價格貴了，建議大家避坑

經朋友推薦來的這家酒店，酒店位置優越臨近酒店就有地鐵口，房間整體比較舒適。酒店環境很新設計風格現代一些。房間床很舒服好像是進口的，體驗感很贊以後會推薦朋友來。

這個價位在這個地點能住這個環境賓館應該在平均性價比以上的。其實就是賓館配置，在旁邊的時尚賓館辦入住。是那種通風櫥式的而温度控制而不是空調。電視很好能看很多節目。
弊端：衹有一條小毛巾，充電孔衹有一個能用，其餘兩個大小與正常充電口不匹配，辦理入住慢。
離金龍湖地鐵口500多米吧，離徐州東站1公里多點，附近點外賣挺方便，飯店也多，晚上能玩的地方也就一個金龍湖大天地了。

離高鐵站近不行十分鐘左右，吃的也方便，關鍵還有免費停車場，酒店房間很不錯，乾淨整潔舒適，服務態度非常好，，價格經濟實惠，值得推薦。
