Savoy Hotel

Staff good ... thats about it . a bit of a hell hole to be honest could smell old smoke in the room the carpet was a mess Good thing the bed sheets smelt clean . thats a bonus if not for me traveling all day and being very tired i would have left and found another place . the room next to me had a missing door and it was being stripped . i was sure id have rats . so i got a macdonalds and left parts in the bin .... if any rodents or bugs were in the room they would eat that and not me . Avoid .

The location is pretty good and which is very close to the main station. The shops, restaurants and bars are very close to the hotel but one thing is that it is very crowded surrounding it. The room is not Lage but enough for 2 persons. I would like to give 3 stars only.

Very cheap hotel right next to the main station. The location is probably the only good thing about this hotel. It is a very dodgy place, rooms are dirty and the overall vibe is just weird and dark. The hotel is under construction, there is a lot of noise from everywhere, loud people, noise (and light) from the street and you dont get much of a rest.

Good location near Frankfurt Hbf. There was some renovation going on in the building, so it might be better to book if you plan to be out most of the day or for weekend stays, as it can get noisy. I stayed one night from Sunday to Monday, so it was not much of an issue. I loved the five complimentary drinks in the fridge, and the room was clean, though the blanket was arranged a bit oddly when I arrived. The shower curtain could be improved, as water splashes outside easily. The reception felt a bit cold at check-in, as the staff were chatting among themselves before processing my check-in.

WONDERFUL AND PLEASANT STAYED

The hotel is wordy the price. I stayed with a friend we booked 2 single rooms. The rooms are old but clean, I felt a bit like in a museum. The employees are very friendly and the breakfast was good, just the coffee tasted good, but that’s a personal impression. All in all I would stay again in the hotel

It is ranked as a 4-star hotel but in reality it is a 2-star hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel. Part of the hotel is under renovation.

Bathroom door can not close a woman won’t be able to close it. Myself had a hard time closing it. They told me the room under renovation should be finished next year.
