趁着雙休出來放鬆下下 訂了個套房 房間乾淨整潔 服務態度很好 提前兩小時打電話 給我們把空調打開 圓形大浴缸泡澡很舒服 還有舒緩音樂 邊泡澡邊看徐州的夜景 就差一杯紅酒了 哈哈 早餐也很豐盛 非常有徐州特色 是一場非常舒心的旅程

酒店的環境非常好 整體乾淨整潔 視野廣闊 酒店的阿姨也很好 我們來徐州旅遊 因為天氣太熱 我們沒外出 點了很多外賣 沒吃完 第二天問前台 然後酒店的阿姨還上門幫我們帶走拿去微波爐加熱了一下 給我們送回來 真的很棒！ 這裏不管是情侶還是帶孩子來 都很推薦哈 院內有特斯拉充電樁 也很方便！住店停車免費🆓

來徐州溜達兩天住這裏，位置不錯，出門地鐵打車都方便。大堂很氣派。旁邊有商場和三衹羊。
本來沒抱太大希望沒想到住的很舒適。全屋智能，智能馬桶、窗簾、有usb充電，床也睡的舒服。
定的智能單間大床房。
總體超預期。

跟朋友來徐州玩，看功課説這家酒店地理位置不錯，去各個景點都比較方便，來到以後確實是地鐵過來也超級方便，就在地鐵站旁邊，步行也就3分鐘吧。
由於上一個住客在房間抽煙，我跟朋友聞不了煙味，酒店免費升級了房間，房間內衞生整潔東西，還有個衣帽間，還有自助早餐品種也是很多，簡直是出來遊玩的好住處，下次跟朋友過來還住這家。
徐州好吃，下次還來～

房間和床都很棒。特別是電視智能控制很好。浴室很美觀也很現代時尚，大廳很氣派豪華。早餐很豐富很好。總體來説98%滿意率。另提幾條建議。
1。這是一個高檔酒店，應該有服務員站門口幫助顧客關於行李和接待（門僮）
2，客房應該配備熨斗和燙衣板（商務人員需要出門衣服整潔）
3。客房應該配置一個小冰箱方便客人喜歡喝點冰水，當然也可以放置一些付費飲料。
4。客房也應該配置一個擺放行李的小櫃子或架子
5。可能話在客房增加一個保險櫃，可以解決客人貴重物品
以上五點都是高檔酒店的標準。希望下次來時有點變動。😀

這些年很少給酒店差評，這個酒店真的是沒想到的，特地挑了一家五鑽的酒店，結果完全不符合五鑽的標準。首先，設施不行，商務房連沙發都沒有，門吸是壞的，窗户通風口非常高，需要自己爬到飄窗上開關，隔音效果差；其次，環境衞生堪憂，晚上洗完澡拿衣櫃裏的吹風機時發現裹着灰塵的頭髮在擦鞋佈下麪；最後，服務跟不上，也是因為發現了衞生問題，所以就和入住接待的前台反映了，由於太晚房間也入住過了，為了避免被誤會還特地和對方強調沒有其他意思，就是希望酒店環境衞生方面能加強，當天晚上太晚了跟對方反映了問題就不希望被打擾，但是第二天退房到現在點評都沒有任何回覆，簡直就離譜，徐州還會再去，這個酒店不會再住了！

四個客梯衹有一部是好的，一個維修不開放，一個內門一直晃動響的像個拖拉機，還有一部坐着坐着故障了往下掉，從12、3樓左右掉到8樓半，按緊急按鍵無人應答，打95333救援説到半個小時才能到，又打的119，最後酒店的人員把我們弄岀來後也沒有道歉，反而説這個電梯多老了，壞了正常，朋友在外面急的哭了還被懟，又不是你被關裏面你生什麼氣，監控説看不到我被困在幾樓也很扯

之前看了徐州很多五星級的酒店，這個酒店在市裡，靠近中心廣場，門口就是地鐵過去衹有2站路，方便，性價比無敵，推薦。旁邊網紅店，燒烤等走路5分鐘以內，還是方便。
