This is the only B&B group in Zuyuan Village. Others are farmhouses, so the grade can be imagined. The small postures in the B&B group are elegant, and you can take pictures everywhere.
The service is very good. I took the initiative to help us upgrade the deluxe family room, and will respond to requests. There will be aunts who will carry luggage, which is especially heartwarming.

祖源村和祖源的夢鄉村民宿意外地成了我們行程中的亮點，沒想到在還沒商業化的村子裏有這麼好的民宿。夢鄉村是民宿羣，由很多獨立小院組成，外觀基本都是原生態感覺的黃泥牆或磚牆，是上海聯手休寧一起打造、2017年開業的。我們入住的小院是兩層樓房，房間非常乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，盥洗用品也不錯。民宿阿姨燒的菜非常好吃，我們吃了兩頓，還重複吃了幾個菜，阿姨還每次來問我們好不好吃，鹹不鹹。服務員阿姨應該都是這個村的村民，服務態度都很好。進出村子的行李都是阿姨用扁擔挑的。

半山腰的祖源村能有這樣的精品民宿非常不錯，獨立獨院，各有特色，建築風格上保留了很多古民居特色，別有一番風味。雖然潮濕環境，但室內房間挑高也沒想象中那麼潮濕，還好沒有異味，也沒有蟲子，看得出來打理過。餐廳也佔據了景色據點……民宿羣中有酒吧，茶吧，讀書堂，也算齊全……總體不錯，交通上是個發展障礙，不過也起到了過度開發的效果！

環境：整個村子的環境非常棒，村民非常淳樸，幾乎沒有什麼商業化，在現如今很是難得。
設施：幾乎村裡的人都會和每個客人説，這是上海公司搞的這麼一個名宿羣項目，看的出來大家對這裏的期望很高。
整個項目修舊如舊，每一處打理的都非常用心。進出村子酒店也安排人搬運行李。
但是還是有幾點不足：
1、網站上標的40平，也就十多個平方這個差距很大，圖片和現實也有一定的誤導性，多數圖片是公共空間。
2、門鎖都快掉了，窗户也很不密封，隔音非常的差 ，我躺在床上可以聽到旁邊屋子裡小姑娘在讀英語，能聽到樓上樓下的聊天，人多的時候真的非常吵鬧，晚上大家玩到很晚，影響休息。
3、連住兩天，第二天去爬山，下午回來，其他屋子退房的都打掃好了 ，我這間就沒人打掃，最起碼換毛巾，牙刷都沒有，這就是上海公司的管理，這是最基本的，不應該需要我去要求。
4，不提供瓶裝水…… 我相信上海公司在上海的項目肯定是會提供的。
5、早餐有點像團餐，個別包子饅頭的皮是硬的，是反覆加熱造成的。另外一個包子才多少錢，沒有必要把用餐標準卡的這麼死。
服務：整個服務還是有待提高的，畢竟國慶期間同一個村子裏你們是7/8百的價格，人家是兩百多，你們還不在服務上多下功夫，還指望客人自己來嗎，即使來了也留不住。
