酒店在前不着村後不着店的山上，離飛鴿林場小寨門挺近，白天雲霧繚繞，雨後可看雲海。進入酒店的一段山路較窄，錯車不易。周邊沒有什麼吃的，衹有隔壁一家農家樂，自駕晚到的朋友，在外吃了飯再去酒店。酒店含早餐，但是包子饅頭稀飯豆漿都沒有，衹有面和粉，自己打佐料。房間看着挺好，但是因為在山上，會遇到巨大的長腳蚊（我從沒見過）和飛蛾。衞生間是最驚喜的，我住三樓，馬桶沖不了水，隔壁幾間客房也都如此反映，前台説喊人檢查看看管道或者開關什麼的，結果到第二天上午離開，馬桶也無法沖水。我住的角樓房間，淋浴間在角樓最角落，我個子矮不會碰頭，高個子不清楚。淋浴間連一個放洗浴用品的小枱子或小盒子都沒有，非常不方便，而且因為在最角落，關了淋浴間的門，洗澡就黑漆漆的。我住的可是旺季388一間的客房呀，180我都不會吐槽了。因為這個地方太小眾了，來的遊客很少，酒店員工也都懶散無所謂，越是這樣酒店生意會越差。

本來訂了遊客中心換成了景區裏的聽松，房間還是可以，整體設施也比較新，去裏面的酒店水上公路是必經之路，所以下大雨的時候轎車慎行，而且娛樂項目也全部停止，所以想進來玩的朋友看好天氣，不然就是單純進來看個風景了，兩個酒店的工作人員都還是培訓規範一下吧，太散漫，給人感覺不太好，畢竟你也不是一兩百的民宿

好耍慘了！下回來飛鴿住一個月！太涼快咯！
酒店位置很好！在山下遊客中心酒店登記拿房卡上山！水上公路過後就是聽松別院！環境很好！樹林環抱。再往前面走是界碑了！大家一定要來耍！這個酒店房間又大 東西都很乾凈整潔！位置還這麼好！值了 住起舒服啊！！我覺得堪比五星級酒店了！
前台小哥好評！服務周到！熱情推薦！
對了！這裏還可以打牌唱歌！自己烤哈燒烤這些！露營基地很有氛圍哦！下回還來！

環境很美！房間很大！挺乾淨的。可惜房間的視野不佳，被窗户遮擋住美景，太可惜啦！看雲海的人都住這裏，上山挺方便的。餐廳做的菜便宜又好吃！

前台小哥哥人特別好，自己1個人來很nice的5點就起床開車送我去看雲海，酒店環境優雅適合避世，周邊娛樂設施也很齊備，推薦大家都來打卡😄

酒店很漂亮，離雲海觀景台開車20分鐘左右，水上公路非常不錯。吃東西的話不是很方便，早餐的種類也少，感覺像試營業階段

看着位置還不錯去的，到了之後房間沒有圖片那麼好看，新酒店，馬桶沖不了水，從下午反應到晚上，到退房都沖不了。上個廁所衹有到一樓公共廁所。服務員的態度懶散，愛搭不理。比農家樂都還不如。同行的其他住户説了句很經典的，農家樂至少熱情，這裏真的是堪比川藏線的青旅條件，大家自行腦補。真的無語。

打5分是給服務員的，服務員的態度不錯，有些像是暑假工，跟酒店無關
第一，到酒店當天是晚上，小朋友睡覺後準備去洗澡發現沒有熱水了，大夏天的無法洗澡，聯繫酒店説熱水被前一天客人用完了，我聽了差點暈過去，工作人員説等會調整，結果發現洗澡熱水水這邊出水了，但是是冷水，沒有温度，冷水那邊又沒水了，連馬桶都沒水沖了。水是這個酒店需要解決的大問題。
第二，早餐那叫一個簡單連有些民宿都趕不上，一盆麪條，一盆米線，一盤雞蛋，一盤饅頭，其他沒有了，早上人多的時候吃東西還要靠搶，由於酒店沒有免費的牛奶，我們自帶了一盒，去廚房想熱一下牛奶還要被廚師吼，一盒奶還被廚師燒開了溢出來不少，我真的是服了，什麼態度。
第三，酒店到了晚上有很多昆蟲，這個小朋友還比較喜歡
