房間衞生非常差，灰塵到處，山上氣温低空調是壞的，無熱水洗澡，防水兩小時也不熱 看着哪裡都臟的 服務態度不好，向前台指出問題衹説等待處理，無任何道歉的言語，好像就是這一堆，誰便無所謂，早餐也非常差。總體除了差，沒有一項是好的。與房價嚴重不符，希望攜程處理。

這可能是讓人最鬧心的酒店，除了位置好一點兒其他各方面都很差。尤其是一個服務員簡直是**，幾乎和每個人都是惡語相向，站在總枱不到十分鐘她吵了4撥客人（2撥電話），太讓人噁心了。星湖接站、送站、領房卡、問餐廳、要充電線、開房間門都受到她的惡言惡語，嚴重影響了我們心情。600一晚的房間大家的評價客真實，老舊不説，衞生太差，死角太多，水黃異味無法喝，蚊蟲惡臭無法忍受，太噁心了。
