A welcome sight not far from where the Airport bus drops. 12 minutes walk to the main railway station - if you like steep stairs on the underpass. Convenient walk to Dogguan Mosque site, local restaurants and City Mall.
Grandiose lobby (where you check in) is on the 21st floor. Many facilities on different floors, but most seemed shuttered and unavailable.
Hallway and room were in excellent condition. Nice room layout and view of the city. However, shower room light would not turn off at night. Study desk was a bit wobbly.
Muslim Specialty restaurant has a high end menu but the sofas are not suited for dining, I think. Hotel's free vegetarian breakfast buffet was very tasty.

Great location, very close to the train station. Nice room and everything is fine. The only thing is the smell of smoke. If you don’t mind it then it’s great. Otherwise, I would pick something that has a little more control over where people can smoke.

酒店這邊環境非常不錯，直接就在西寧火車站對面。而且還有停車位，這個非常方便。出去玩出去吃都是非常不錯的。早上還有熱乎乎的牛肉湯粉！已經二次續住了，非常滿意

床頭櫃上面一層灰，洗手枱提示拉桿下水，實際不是，冷熱水管也和提示相反，浴巾居然是在淋浴間裏而且沒有遮擋的，不知道怎麼評的五鑽酒店

酒店環境很好，房間也很大，洗漱和馬桶是分離的，離高鐵站步行十分鐘，價格也不貴。暖氣超級熱，都流鼻血了…
不足之處也有，一個是一次性牙刷質量太差，刷牙嘴裏掉毛；還有就是第二天打掃衞生的時候把一個臟的浴袍收了，但是沒給我補新的…服務上還得用心啊；還有就是部分設施有點舊，電視不能投屏。
