住酒店第一次遇到這個情況，帶着小孩的看到老鼠屎的時候嚇一跳，前台服務態度非常差，沒有第一時間幫我們換房間，

酒店房間大致裝修超奈斯，除了隔音效果略微差強人意。酒店前台服務態度超級不好，因為手機剛好停機就沒網，讓她幫忙連個無線網，結果她説她很忙她也不知道，讓我自己找，反正也沒告訴我一個無線網，然後她就還了按金（現金）就讓我走了。明明是閃住，她不僅收了按金 ，還讓我等着她們慢慢查房。最氣的是明明我手機沒網，我所有事兒都不方便，她作為一個服務人員，我都請她幫忙開個熱點，我沖個話費，她也説她不會，退了我按金就讓我走了。

隔音效果太差了，第二次入住了，這次體驗特別糟糕，房間安排在一樓，離前台很近，一晚上都特別吵，座機的聲音，工作人員的聲音，客人的聲音，就沒有停過，這次是來體檢的，本來就是需要好好休息，結果一晚上都沒有睡着。

酒店位置好，很容易找到，且離建昌古城不是太遠；酒店有自己的停車場，對自駕遊的客人還是很方便的；房間雖然不大，但佈置的十分雅緻，並且乾淨衞生，酒店的早餐還算不錯的，是一家值得推薦的酒店。

住宿環境挺不錯的，還包含了早餐，早餐種類也比較豐富，但沒有一次性洗漱物品（牙刷牙膏），電視打開沒網，和酒店人員講了兩次，都説會叫人幫我處理，但最後我還是沒連上酒店的WIFI。

總體上是比較好的體驗。
1.服務：酒店服務很周全。春節出遊被金都大酒店藉故退單，攜程網幫忙訂到這裏，期間，酒店的小姐姐多次打電話，告知怎麼停車及辦理入住，深表感謝！
2.衞生：總體上比較乾淨。
3.設施：空調很不錯，升温很快；電視及其它設施能滿足需求；早餐品種不多，用餐區不太大，人多容易擁擠。
4.環境：酒店在十字路口，出行方便，但對於自駕的同胞來説，第一次到容易搞得措手不及。

非常不錯，100多還帶早餐，這品質的酒店哪裡找，太太划算了，住過性價比最高的酒店，又乾淨有細節，服務也挺好，稍稍有點不方便就是停車要提前打電話讓保安開鎖，其他都很好
