酒店新裝修，環境衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，
接送機服務超越方便，離機場很近，小吃味道好極了，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到，客房的條件也很好，很重注設計感，簡約與中式很好的融合在一起。酒店的各項服務都很令人滿意，以後來西安的時候，還是會選擇這裏的。

酒店是新裝修的，房間乾淨，沒有異味，床品也很軟，房間的空間還挺大的，還備有消毒用品。工作人員服務態度非常好，還負責免費接送機，司機師傅還把我們送到了機場。有個小插曲，我們飛機晚點了，司機師傅還來接我們去的酒店。非常值得推薦。

咱就是説我就沒有這麼無語過，我晚上十二點多到的機場説好的接機電話打不通我自己打出租去的，到了之後連個牌子都沒有，大半夜好一頓找，這也就算了，最無語的是我提前預訂好的大床房，結果衹剩一間單人間，我和我對象兩個人好歹擠着睡的，第二天退房本來還想讓老闆把我們送機場去，老闆都沒露面，整體下來，就整個一無語，不過我們大半夜去了，老闆娘還給我們燒熱水啥的，這點還是不錯的
