The dual floor design was great for a business trip as you can separate working area.
Some comments I would suggest:
1. The wifi sucks as hell.
2.people singing outside during evening which is a chaos.

非常感謝爾翔酒店的人性化服務，昨晚吃了晚餐回來就一直又拉又吐，凌晨一點多跑去醫院到早上快八點才回來，然後還是不舒服經常睡不着，到十點的時候打電話去前台問能不能給我晚一點點退房，前台説正常是一點退房給我延到兩點，後面經理有聽到我和前台打電話就後面給我延到三點！簡直太暖心太感謝了，這一個小時對我來説真的很需要，祝你們酒店生意興隆

周邊環境不錯，靠近滙景購物廣場，安靜。訂的是親子房，在酒店二層，房間衞生不好，上層衞生間的下水道臭氣熏天，衞生間門又關不緊，外面都時不時能聞到，抽風很吵，空調不夠力，睡覺體驗真心差。房間較舊，發現有小蟑螂。早餐簡單，味道一般。

一如既往的nice，早餐吃的很舒服，工作人員的態度都好好，有啥問題説一聲就立馬迴應了。房間用具啥的很乾凈，每次出門因為皮膚敏感，如果睡到不是很乾凈的被褥第二天臉上必起紅疹，這家睡了就不會。希望繼續保持呀～
