Mr. Lin Shuzhuang who built ”Shuzhuang Garden” Was the owner here The former residence of Taiwan’s richest man Lin Erjia Although it has a long history, after renovation The charm still exists~ 🛎️🛎️Service: 1️⃣Customer service makes an appointment in advance and someone will pick you up after disembarking. 璞裏中山路步行街店民宿(釣仔路分店)

Zhongshan Road and Ferry Area Xiamen|0.42km from Calvin Klein
Very cost-effective homestay! Take my parents out to play, specially selected a room that can live for three people 🙌 Facilities: First of all, the room is very large, and the suitcase will not be in the way; the room is fully equipped, with wardrobes, desks, shoe cabinets, full-length mirrors, refrigerators (this is very useful, name and praise 👍); there are showers and toilets separated from wet and dry, sanitary conditions are not bad, very clean Environment: First of all, the location: walk 200m to see the sea, and look across the sea from Gulangyu Island; walk 50-80m to Zhongshan Road, eat and drink; there is a fruit stall not far downstairs (I love fruit so much, so this is a plus item 😁); There is a bus stop about 500m away. Almost all attractions and piers have direct lines. It is super convenient. It is about 1km away from the subway station. This is a bit inconvenient. When you come over, there are small roads up and downhill. It’s very embarrassing to drag your luggage.😂 Secondly, the location of the homestay itself is very quiet, the corridor is soundproof, but there are not many guests in the homestay room, so it does not affect Service: The service is in place! There is a very enthusiastic butler service, and a play guide is also provided intimately, which is a big help 🌹 The only thing to mention is that the air conditioner in the room cannot blow hot air. The room is a bit cold in winter. After all, northerners still can't adapt to the winter in the south. This homestay is really cost-effective, recommended to uu people with a medium budget!

Luck is super good, live in the treasure homestay, the landlord is a warm man, literary fan is very full, super patient, he will pick up at the drop-off point, also help with luggage, considerate preparation of summer porridge, share snacks. The overall design of the house is elegant and warm, the bedding is clean, the toilet is smart, there is a room on the first floor that is very suitable for children to live, the bed is low and not afraid of falling. The location is very close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, less than five minutes walk, eating and shopping is very convenient. The nearest attraction is the upside down museum, which can be reached in five minutes on foot. It is recommended to take the bus to Xiamen University, Baicheng Beach, etc. Many cars can be reached, and taxis will be very blocked. Recommend everyone to choose.

The front desk service is very good, always smiling and greeting politely, making people feel very warm, answering all questions and being very polite. The room is hygienic and clean, quite comfortable, and has all the necessary equipment. The breakfast is good and rich, and the coffee is delicious. There is a special breakfast room, which is also very clean and tidy, with rich dishes. The service in the restaurant is also very friendly. There is also a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes. clothes and ironing. The hotel is very close to the subway station. The location is very convenient. You can walk to the two major shopping malls and the pedestrian street. It is very convenient for shopping, travel and entertainment. The price is also reasonable, the facilities are complete and complete, recommended, and worth staying!

Although this hotel is a small one but the facilities, cleanliness and easy access to Zhong Shan road where all the happenings are be it shopping and food. The cleaner who upkeeps my room during my stay is very caring. She left a note in Chinese but I can’t read. I got my friend to read and it says weather is hot and she have boiled water for us and asked us to drink more water to stay hydrated. I would like to say thank you and is very much appreciated.

Facilities: Grey is often high-tech! Especially the toilet facilities, dry and wet separation, smart toilet, hot water is hot enough, and the water volume is also very large. The kitchen has a variety of electrical appliances, you can borrow them, the refrigerator can temporarily store my taro milk frozen rolls and there is also a toaster, you can bake it yourself in the morning, soy milk is also available. Environment: Not only is it very clean, the homestay is fragrant everywhere, and the fragrance is also what I like. The courtyard is very healing, you can drink tea, and there are various snacks. The location of the homestay is next to Chinatown, quiet in the middle of noisy, very convenient to take a taxi. Hygienic: The newly renovated house is very clean and has daily cleaning. Service: Uncles and aunts are very enthusiastic! Will greet to drink tea and eat snacks and chat. There are many small details in the homestay that are well done. Small daily necessities such as face towels, toothbrushes, floss, shoe wipes are available, and the quality is good.

The room facilities are relatively old, and friends who have requirements for hardware should be cautious! The toilet has a smell, the most important shower is not good, the water is small and pitiful, and the hot and cold is not easy to control, the faucet has been turned on to the cold water side, it is still a bit hot! But after a while, it became cold water again, alas 😮💨! In addition, the hotel continues to provide toothbrushes, shower caps, combs and other basic things are not provided! Good place driver service is OK, the room is soundproof. The hotel is located in the city center. The advantage is that it is not too far to go to any attractions, but the disadvantage is that there are many people and cars during the Spring Festival. It is not convenient to take a taxi and block it all the way! Finally, it is basically solved by walking. It is recommended to live on non-holidays.
