If easy access to subway and food are your top priorities, then this hotel would be an excellent choice. We booked a family room. It was spacious enough to fit a small dining area and a sofa set. Though I booked a non-smoking room, the bathroom had the smell of cigarettes left by previous guest. The corridors also smelled of cigarettes. I feedbacked to the staff of the smell. Though they could not solved the problem, I appreciated their prompt response in seeking alternative to lessen my discomfort. Overall, it is a simple hotel that caters to basic needs.

The location is very good. Opposite is Central Plaza where you can do makeup. Across the street is the Bell Tower and Muslim Street. The front desk staff and cleaning lady are very nice, the environment is clean, and there is a Chinese medicine clinic next to it. You can smell the Chinese medicine when you enter the hotel, which I like very much. You can only smell it at the front desk, not in the room. The only downside was that there wasn't much room to hang clothes in the bathroom, it would have been nice to have a few hooks.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay.
The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture).
The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are many dining options nearby. The transportation is also very convenient. The staff are dedicated and dedicated. The only drawback is that the notice of room charge items is not clear enough. For example, the disposable toilet seat placed in the toilet tank in the bathroom is actually charged (it is stated on the outer packaging). It was my first time to stay at the Century Golden Source Series Shaanxi in Xi'an. After getting off the plane, Xiaobei at the front desk took the initiative to warmly call and introduce the hotel and prepare a reception for the guests. It was touching and worthy of praise. GGuest UserI recently stayed at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and it has easily become one of the most remarkable hotel experiences I've ever had. This 4-star hotel offers unparalleled service and cost performance value, surpassing even some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed in across 15+ countries.
From the thoughtful touches like the daily replenished welcome fruits to the ferry service, every detail reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people—especially the exceptional receptionist, Shujie (舒洁).
An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly.
Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed.
Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience.
If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way. Highly recommend!

从每天补充的欢迎水果到渡船服务，酒店的每一个细节都体现了对客人的周到关怀。但真正让这家酒店脱颖而出的，是他们的服务团队，特别是接待员舒洁的卓越表现。
在我准备搭乘酒店渡船前往机场的一个小时前，我为了不留遗憾，决定打车去一家餐厅再品尝一次西安的美食。不幸的是，我把工作手机落在了出租车（滴滴）上。这几乎意味着我需要提交至少两份警察报告，还得向老板解释为何会有几天无法联系的状况，更别提重新激活备用手机所需的时间了。雪上加霜的是，由于我没有本地大陆的联系电话，无法直接联系到司机。
这时候，舒洁挺身而出。在听到我的困境后，她迅速采取行动，通过滴滴的客服帮助我们与司机建立了联系。在离开酒店前往机场仅剩10分钟的情况下，她冷静高效地与客服进行了多次沟通，耐心地解释了我们的情况。而且，她的努力并没有止步于此——她甚至主动帮助安排司机将手机送到机场，或者在无法实现的情况下寄送到我们的目的地。
正是因为她的坚持、真诚的关怀和决心，我才能在此愉快地撰写这篇评论，并且手机也已经顺利找回。舒洁的服务堪称典范，她把一次潜在的危机变成了令人感动的美好回忆。
如果我去其他城市旅行时有云和夜泊酒店的分店，这将是我唯一的选择。这是一家真正关心客人的酒店，他们用实际行动展现了这一点。强烈推荐！

EExpatThis is probably the perfect hotel for someone in transition to the city. There’s actually some families that come here also. The room size was just right for me. One suggestion is to add an extra luggage table or chair-side table.
I was splitting the week with two different hotels and decided to stay at Mr. Wu’s the whole week because the reviews turned out to be better. The location is in the hi-tech area, and walking around to multiple venues or shops is quite easy. My Cityview had some city sounds to go with it, but I actually enjoyed that.
The staff did really well with helping translate a lot because my Mandarin and is not strong. It’s easy to get to a bus or nearby subway and even grab a rideshare. I only had the breakfast a couple of times, but they had a really good selection. The teatime and the welcoming fruit were a nice touch along with the gift upon check-out.
I was already traveling overseas and needed to wait a full week to get into my apartment. Everything including the laundry, gym, lobby waiting area, and housekeeping service was good.
I did not use the foot spa access on the second floor, but I plan to go back to the area since I’m transitioning into the city. Very clean and cute decorations. For the location and the price, this is definitely a must-stay.
It’s important to note that larger groups might need more space. My room was perfect for one to two people. There was even an event room some ladies were celebrating in. Each floor lobby is a bit different. Just right.

GgraceThe two stars on service, one for concierge one for the hotel bar’s waitress (Rose 游娜，a trainee but who offered us excellent service , made up for other issue we felt being unfairly treated).
The itself, being a historical building and all, looks magnificent. Even though the decor may seem dated, but inside our room was comfortable, and cosy, we got nothing to complain.
Concierge would accept our deliveries and helped with luggage and all, again, nothing to complain.
BUT, on the second day, the hotel housekeeping mistakenly took a huge bagful of our travel stuff ( including snacks, mini packed laundry detergents, biscuits, fruits, alcohol wipes , packed tissues etc), they simply throw away as garbage. We deliberately left it in a corner so it WONT be mistaken as rubbish. We did NOT leave it next to the bin, and we HAVE already taken out our takeaway boxes.
Because we did not at all expect this to happen at a five star hotel , we did not realise it was missing until the next morning when we were getting ready to leave for train station. At this point, when we called, the hotel told us, housekeeping merely thrown out two EMPTY takeaway boxes, that was NOT true! They could confirm it from surveillance camera that it’s s about heavy yellow bag been taken out instead of two empty takeaway boxes.
Yes, perhaps it’s not valuable, it’s not a gold chain or a camera, but it’s something very handy to our long journey , and their initial response was not acceptable. We are also not sure what other small things we have left inside the bag ( Because we didn’t think someone will throw it out!!!!).
It was obvious it’s not a bag of garbage, if they were not sure why not keep it until we are back and ask? In all the years staying in any international five star hotel chains, we’ve never had to deal with such situation …
And one more thing, made us uncomfortable, was before we depart we decided to have a drink in the hotel bar. I asked the bar staff for two Proseccos, she replied if it’s the bubbly free drink being offer upon check in. I spent about 60rmb for two sips, and only to find out it was offer for free which we never been offered upon our arrival ( was nobody else just us two on the arrival night).
However. After hearing my complain, the bar staff Rose was very thoughtful gave me a second pour, I still paid, but at least feeling not as mistreated. Perhaps this just the final straw on the pile.
On check out, the front desk staffs were busy, no one asked how was our stay , so I did not tell them our experience as above, I had only this one chanel to let out.
Legend, not so legend.
传奇酒店让我期待已久，毕竟全球六家，而且在西安的历史建筑内，所以完全没有考虑其他酒店，哪怕我本身几乎不住索菲特，也没有用过accor的loyalty program。
酒店所在建筑的确很棒，我很喜欢，里面的设施也都达到需求。礼宾部前台都很有礼貌，让人觉得很帮助。但是我遇到了两件事，让我觉得以后恐怕不会回来。
1，我们有一个旅途中用的袋子（黄色美团超市袋，里面是一个大的绿色纸袋，因为美团袋子不怕脏放在火车站火车上地上都不担心弄脏，到家了直接拿下来丢掉即可）。里面放了各种小零食，全部可以肉眼看到没有拆开，还有路上用的小包纸巾，ole买的小包酒精湿纸巾，还有小号垃圾袋，以及旅行装洗洁精等。我们把它放在书桌边上的一个墙角，特地放得离垃圾桶区域远一些（房间也没有很多空间放东西我们也不能当路中间）。在我们用完了外卖以及快递后，按照酒店茶几上放的小牌子的要求，打电话请客房部也来收走了。我们理解古建筑立面万一染上污渍会比较难清理。
结果我们离开了一个白天，回来也没特意检查，毕竟这是我们住的地方，我也不想一天到晚防贼一样，也没有对自己的物品拍照。到了第二天我们准备收拾东西离开酒店了，发现这个袋子不见了，这是一个至少有8-10斤左右的袋子，不会轻易错过，于是我们致电酒店管家，在插叙后，告知的确丢掉，但就是一包里面两个空外卖盒… 这是让我最生气和不愿意接受的部分，不小心处理了，不能理解也得理解，但是总不能说瞎话，cctv调出来，我来看看这位清理人员拎出来的是什么东西？？？ 随便看一眼就看到里面的东西都是没有吃过没有用过，就算不确定我也能理解，为什么不放半天等客人回来了确认一下？这里面没有任何异味和汁水，存放一下并不会妨碍你们的酒店。或许对酒店来说，都是些不值钱的东西，没了就没了，有什么好抱怨的，但是将心比心，东西的价值很多时候不在意实际价钱的高低。我们在外面旅行，这些东西是我们的需求，不是钱能买的。
第二个点，我们在离店前，去酒店的酒吧喝一杯，我问吧台服务员点起泡酒（之前我在房间点过，意大利起泡酒），她问我是不是入住时候免费送的起泡酒，我当时就愣了，入住的时候，没有任何人offer我们任何到店饮品。而且到店时就我们俩没有别的客人（所以不是因为太忙）。我拿着一小杯我要付钱别人免费的起泡酒加上被丢了东西，心里不是滋味，不患寡而患不均。是，说我小气，60多一杯的酒在这儿逼逼… 我朋友点了个咖啡，我看到旁边来了另外两个客人，其中一位和一个服务员说，我上次来你们也送的哦，别忘了哦，服务员轻声说知道知道。之间随她的咖啡一起来的，是一份曲奇饼干… 看这个我们桌上孤零零的饮品，心里又是一根稻草压上去。
可能吧台一位员工看到了这个问题，她还是个实习生，也知道了我关于免费不免费起泡酒的不满，于是主动给我续了一杯酒，还拿了饼干（虽然我们也没有吃）、但是心里好受了很多。人真是奇怪的动物（我自己），确实这些都是小东西小细节不值钱可能，但是感觉不公平那就像损失了一个亿，同样是客人为什么没有标准化的服务流程，需要客人去“哭奶喝”，… 逼着大家小气。我不知道这个酒店开了多少时间，但是与传奇这个品牌相比，远远还做的不够。希望传奇品牌有的不紧是历史人物们踏足过的辉煌， 更能够创造属于自己新的传奇。

When I walked into the hotel, the decoration of the lobby grabbed me. The lobby is very large, the environment is very good, high-end and stylish, and full of artistic atmosphere. When checking in, the front desk service is good, and the check-in is fast. The girl at the front desk is not only gentle, but also has a very good service attitude. She is patient and careful, which makes people feel warm in their hearts.
The room is even better, clean and hygienic, and the details are in place. It feels particularly warm and comfortable as soon as you enter. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bed is very comfortable, and the mattress is comfortable. It is simply too fragrant to sleep🤩, especially with buckwheat pillows. The layout of the room is also very reasonable, the space is spacious, and all kinds of facilities are available, and they are all of super quality. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the water pressure is high and the water is fast, the toiletries smell super good, and the service is impeccable. The hotel is located next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park, the environment is quiet and convenient for travel. The hotel is exquisitely designed and stylish, reaching the standards of star-rated hotels, and the experience in all aspects is very good! It's a pity that some unethical travelers smoke in the bathroom, destroying such a good environment, but the flaws do not outweigh the merits!
There are not many people for breakfast, it's relaxing and comfortable, everything is available, and the taste is good. The restaurant lady is also very attentive and caring. She waited for us to collect the meal even though we got up late. It feels like home!

1. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so it is very convenient for traveling, eating and shopping.
2. The room is quite spacious, and the 2-meter large bed is very comfortable to sleep on.
3. The heating in the room is very good, and the igloo is very warm in winter.
shortcoming
1. The house is not very clean. There are dust particles on the floor. It feels like it has not been wiped. There are hairs left by the previous guest on the bathroom basin, conditioner bottle and floor drain. Moreover, I stayed for 6 days. The hair on the conditioner bottle and the floor drain have never been cleaned. On the first day of check-in, one of the towels had two dirt marks. Later, new towels were changed every day and no dirt was found. In short, the cleaning was very good. Bluff.
2. This hotel is in a commercial-residential apartment building. Each floor is shared by several hotels and other residents. You can't sleep in during the day, as decoration starts at about nine o'clock.
3. There is something wrong with the hotel's circuit facilities. If you use a hair dryer to blow hot air for a long time, the circuit will trip. In the winter, you can't use hot air to blow your hair, so you can only use natural cold air.

LLuteliteTiny Spots Youth Hostel is a small and comfortable place conveniently located conveniently located in the city center, a few steps away from the Sports Center subway station along the Red line. Just 500meters away is the Small Pagoda. From the 21st floor, where the backpackers place is at, one can have views of the Drum Tower 钟楼 , the small pagoda, the Shaanxi Historical Museum and other views of the Tao Gu area.
As soon as I got inside the backpackers place, I felt comfortable with the spaciousness and tidiness. A decently large living room sits various furnitures, ensuring space for backpackers who want to watch the television, play video games, or just lounge around on the sofa. There are also working spaces for those who wish to find a place to use the laptop or read. Soft music can be heard filling the place. Water is free for all; snacks, tea and coffee are also available for all. There is adequate space in the large fridge for those who wish to store their food. Although the kitchen is not available to be used, they do offer a microwave to heat up food.
The rooms are clean and sparsely furnished. On my first night, i got a bunk in a room that had no windows, but the front desk staff initiated a bunk at another room that has a large window with better ventilation. I was pleased with his promptness. I stayed for two nights at this place.
Cleanliness is top notched. A.cleaner woman is usually there in the day for routine and prompt cleaning. Toilet tissue is always in ready supply. Bathrooms and toilet cubicles are shared among the genders. I thought it was gonna be a problem, but my concerns were unfounded. Guests were all respectful, cordial and help keep the place clean.
The hostel is owned and designed by a warm and friendly local, Mr Ba, who is there most times to welcome the guests and to supervise. He was a gracious host who made me feel welcome and gave me some local knowledge about this beautiful amcient city. Overall, I can't say enough how thankful I am with my stay here. Convenient location, clean, safe, relaxing, welcoming... I highly recommend this place.
