There were a lot of dirt on the floor, and no one wiped it. The room was still not cleaned up the next day. The outdoor temperature in Xi'an was over 30 degrees, and the indoor temperature was 28 degrees. The hotel didn't even turn on the air conditioner. I asked twice, but they still refused to turn on the air conditioner! I'm speechless. I won't stay here next time I go to Xi'an! I read the bad reviews last year before checking in, and I felt that it shouldn't happen again, but I didn't expect that a hotel of this level would refuse to correct its mistakes! It's the same this year as it was last year! Everyone stay away! And the sound insulation is super poor!
