首先是 房間乾淨整潔，室內無異味。
環境：環境很好，周邊不吵。
設施：房間內是壁掛爐，熱水一直有， 感覺很好，屋裡温度適宜。

房間寬敞明亮，家電齊全，燃氣熱水器深得我心哦！人多不用等哦！可以一直有熱水，南北兩個陽台可以晾曬衣服！洗衣機相當給力！有廚房還可以自己簡單做點好吃的！小區環境簡直不要太好！自駕遊的朋友放心住！停車位充足！價格相當合理！

小區很有特色，房間乾淨衞生，生活方便，離地鐵也近，可做飯，去華山，兵馬俑，未央宮，驪山等都很近，自駕出行很適合選擇這裏哦

驪山腳下一個新建小區，內部環境很好，樓邊的地庫停車方便，空餘車位非常多，小區及樓座實行電子門禁，安全係數高，兩室一廳的房子非常乾淨利索，基本設施配備齊全，房東服務也很好，下次若來，繼續選他！（遺憾的是，圖片上傳不了）

周圍環境非常好，安靜幽閉，附近就有一個奧特萊斯吃飯購物很方便，去景點兵馬俑華清池都非常近。
房東非常熱情周到，住的地方很舒適，傢俱齊全，拎包入住，就像家一樣。
