設施：很齊全
衞生：特別乾淨，續住了一天客房還給打掃的乾乾淨淨
環境：不錯，周圍很方便
服務：很到位，前台小姐姐説話很温柔，2點的車，免費延遲了一個小時，在西安旅遊出來住的最滿意的酒店，價格也合適，下次還會再來

一般不是特別離譜我是不會説的，所以真的很離譜，第二天要考試，晚上9點多就躺下準備睡了，忽然有兩個人直接拿房卡進來了，我當時已經躺在了床上，然後就是那種很不知所措，很尷尬，然後簡單交談了幾句，他們兩就説可能開錯房間了，就離開了，然後過了一會前台的就上來了，一丁點兒歉意沒有，還讓我起床把門開開，然後接着就是問我在哪訂的房，幾點住進來的，讓我把手機訂單打開給她看看，中途換房沒有，意思就好像是我的問題，不知道為啥我出現在這個房間一樣，問完之後一邊和對講機講話，一邊揚長而去，全程連一句不好意思打擾了都沒有，讓人感覺真的很無語，建議一個人去住的一定要把門反鎖好。

洗澡水不熱，酒店位置還不錯，下邊的街道比較熱鬧，周圍吃飯各方面還比較方便。離地鐵有點距離，房間比較大。

酒店與描述不符，實際上房間比較小，沒有描述的那麼大，床單是爛的，晚上睡覺會勾到腳，（跟打掃衞生的大姐説床單爛了，大姐説退房不會讓我賠錢），入住時廁所排氣扇壞了，廁所很臭下水道的味反上來的，不過前台服務態度很好

地理位置還不錯，距離地鐵站不遠，吃飯也比較方便，周圍各種美食很多，唯一不太滿意的地方就是床尾與電視和辦公桌之間的間距太小了，凳子不能完全拉開，辦公坐在床上不方便，坐在凳子上也不方便
