真心話，門口看的金碧輝煌，進入房間內，破舊不堪，房門也是爛的，房間舊的不能看，房間又小，廁所都不像樣子，被子很脹，床上還有紙飛機也沒人收拾

入住極差的一次旅遊，前台辦理入住的工作人員一副不耐煩的樣子，服務呢？設施差的不行，馬桶蓋上還有上個客人的毛髮……真無語😒定了幾間房本來住幾天，這情況住一天退房溜了溜了

暑假帶孩子出遊選擇性價高唐城賓館進入大廳，掃碼測温小哥哥（楊）很禮貌問好幫我拉行李，前台小姐姐給我快速辦理入住，看我帶着孩子幫我升級的房間，還詢問是否來旅遊的她很有耐心的給我推薦了好吃的地方，快速辦理了退房手續，還問我逛的怎麼樣，她的笑容真的好甜，強烈推薦最後聽見同事叫（賽文）

入住時免費給升級了房間，房間非常乾淨，床鋪、馬桶這些會貼身的器物，都很乾凈，整體風格質樸雅緻，很喜歡。酒店雖然臨街，但有小院，鬧中取靜，毗鄰地鐵口，出行方便，與大雁塔、陝歷博離得比較近。酒店服務人員很有禮貌，服務也很温馨人性化，住在唐城的這幾天體驗很好～～

位置便利，離地鐵站近，去大雁塔不夜城近。整體服務挺好，剛開始房間不滿意能協調換房，保潔員胡飛苗多天的服務周到、細緻。設施略有瑕疵，比如衞生間動感燈，但整體的性價比挺高，下次來西安還會考慮。

免費給升級了房間，環境安靜，晚上睡覺幹擾少，被服也舒服。價格也合適，四星級的標準值得推薦！入住後還送了水果。地理位置也不錯，周邊商業配套設施齊全，地鐵出行方便。衞生間稍微擁擠了點。
