Location: It's inside a stadium, quite hidden. It's not very convenient to take a taxi. You need to walk to the roadside or wait for a taxi. If you call for a taxi, you can wait for the car to arrive, but when you come back from the taxi, the driver doesn't want to take it inside, so he basically just leaves it on the roadside and goes in himself. The hotel has a small shuttle bus, but no staff proactively informed us of the service or asked if we needed it. 2. Service This is the worst experience. Check-in: The arrival time booked by Ctrip is 16:00, but the actual arrival time is after 16:30. When checking in, there was a family of three checking out, and they should have finished checking out. There were two female staff at the bar looking at the computer all the time, and a male staff member was standing next to me. No one paid any attention to me. I didn't know what they were busy with. I took the initiative to say hello and told me to wait a moment. After 6 minutes, I was told that the room had not been cleaned and I was asked to wait in the lobby for half an hour. It was already 17:00 and the room needed to be cleaned temporarily? There was no apology, he just told me that there were more than eleven people and asked me to wait. The staff gives the impression that they are busy and don't want to talk to you, but they don't know what they are busy with because they are not serving any customers. Check-in: The staff I met after going upstairs were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to say hello. But after entering the room, I found that the electric curtains were broken but the gauze curtains were good. After opening it, I found that the window was very small and very high. Maybe that's why the curtains are closed. There is also no room upgrade service and welcome fruit for points redemption on Ctrip (this may be a problem with Ctrip). I put down my luggage and took a short rest. I was about to go shopping in Datang Everlasting City, but I encountered a problem with the location. I waited for a long time for the bus. After waiting at the door for 15 minutes, I got tired and sat on the small shuttle bus of the hotel for 5 minutes. A service person came out and asked if it needed to be delivered to the curb. But the car has already arrived at the hotel door. The air conditioner is very noisy when sleeping at night, so the only option is to supply air. The staff asked me to give it a neutral rating, but they said they could come to Xi'an to receive me well and give me a small discount. (Black question mark face?) It feels funny. Then they asked me to give a positive review without taking any actual remedial solutions or measures. I can only say that the overall experience is very poor. It is especially quiet at night. I didn't expect there to be such a quiet place in the city. I have always liked the Mercure. , but Mercure’s service is also very good. 有免費接送機，酒店乾淨 離地鐵站很近，走路很方便就能到地鐵站，離陝博、西安博物館、小雁塔都很近，屬於鬧中取靜 酒店很安靜，前台佳樂服務不錯，主動幫我們調整早餐時間，還幫我們預約接送機，下次來西安還過來！
