房間很贊！乾淨、舒適、時尚，有回家的感覺！服務態度超級好，前台始終微笑服務，客服姐姐超級親切！今年出差比較多，每次都住這家，後期直接贈送了金卡會員，價格優惠了近三分之一。之後不管到哪裡出差，我都會選擇城市便捷酒店！

酒店設施和裝修都很好，新，乾淨，無異味，前台服務好，晚上還有免費自助喝粥宵夜，雖然沒吃但很滿意，地理位置在一個路口，很好找，但是停車場是一個商超負一樓，擁擠狹小，沒找到位置我們停對面露天停車場了。總體是很滿意的。小孩也説很喜歡這次的酒店。

在前台辦理入住時候，前台告訴我有清涼房，我還在疑惑清涼房是什麼，上到房間一進去很涼爽原來是提前開了空調，這個軟服務很舒心。這個內卷我很喜歡，下次過來還住這個酒店。酒店的早餐也很多品種，早餐還有一個小妹妹幫燙粉，看到工牌好像是值班經理服務很好，整體入住很滿意。
