服務：酒店是2023年開的，管家一站式服務，整體的硬件都非常的新和乾淨，入住的前一晚，專業的Afom- Cid來電確認了下身份並告知後面可以通過他來安排入住等事宜，入住當天順利的在Cid的幫助下辦理了酒店正中心的升級花園景觀房間，視覺效果很好，屬於黃金位置。 設施：房間內很多細節品質和價位相匹配，菲拉格慕洗漱用品，戴森吹風機，美爵信達的燒水壺和熨燙機，不得不稱讚下房間內的與時俱進香薰..隨着陽台門打開吹着微風可以聞到..晚上亮燈後可以看到酒店在整個莊園的安靜中奢華..花田茶園包圍着酒店，五顏六色的花季給不想勞累的出門家門最佳選擇，配套的東西在逐漸完善，帶娃家庭一個很不錯的度假勝地，空氣特別好，雖然出遊的幾天一直下雨，可以想象天氣好的時候這裏可以讓你停下腳步去感受.. 酒店的中餐廳，還是不錯的，不想出門就選酒店裡用餐，由於入住當天客人比較少沒有完全嚐到酒店的早餐，改為了定時的中式早餐，做的很地道的粵菜系列，雖然有點遺憾但是總體來説口味服務彌補了下..

假期帶一家人入住這家度假酒店，值得一提是酒店孔經理服務態度很好，從預訂後電話聯繫，到酒店辦理入住，都安排的很好。酒店的早餐非常豐富，有各種各樣的選擇，從傳統的早餐食品到各種新鮮水果和蔬菜，食物的質量也非常好。景區五一有草坪音樂節，花花巡遊車，露營啤酒燒烤，景區內有萌寵樂園，射箭館和卡丁車俱樂部，唯一不足的是酒店停車場還沒修好，停車不夠便利，從遊客中心停車場到酒店需要坐接駁車進出，總之體驗還不錯，下次週末再來。

今年五一再次找到一個毫無節日人潮氛圍的寶藏度假目的地，帶着一家人趁着假期出來玩，入住當天下雨，酒店孔經理提前聯繫了我，安排接駁車接送，入住主動升級了房型，下午孔經理還開接駁車送我們一家去了射箭館，朵朵牧場餵養羊駝和馬，愛心島湖裡還有覓食的黑天鵝，小孩玩的很開心，為孔經理的服務點贊，法式莊園城堡設計風格的夜景非常美，酒店門口燈光夜景也蠻不錯，下次準備組織親戚朋友一起過來遊玩！

多次入住這家酒店，服務還是一如既往的的熱情周到，這次接待我的是前台孔經理，入住當天冒雨來遊客中心接送，還是安排我之前入住的房型，入住期間，隨時聯繫他，都會及時回覆，這次選擇五一假期過來，景區由於天氣緣故，人流不多，這裏每個季節過來，都會有不同的花盛開，而且環境優雅寧靜，住在這裏感覺很放鬆，而且酒店一樓有室內恆温泳池和健身房，三樓有親子空間，很適合家庭親子游。
