We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

The hotel is near to the metro with lot of small food stalls. Extremely convenient location to travel to multiple attractions. The family connecting room are very big.

GOOD LOCATION NEAR NANCHANG STREET AND NICE VIEW~! BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT IF HAVE ANY EVENTS THE STAFF CANNOT COPE. LOVE THE WASHING MACHINE IN THE ROOM - TOILET IS ABIT SMALL THOUGH, LIKE JAPAN.

It's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes. Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view. The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected. Check in and check out flawless. My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).

This stay at Pullman Wuxi was a great experience! The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient for travel, and has complete surrounding facilities. The lobby is luxuriously decorated, and the staff Mike on the first floor is warm and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, every link is arranged properly, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. I need to prepare some special documents in advance for a business meeting, and the time is tight and the equipment required is relatively complicated. When I told Mike about it, he acted quickly to ensure that all preparations were completed smoothly. His spirit of taking the initiative to help and going all out really touched and appreciated me.

Location: Very close to the train station, about 1 km away, the starting price for a taxi is one. Public area: The lobby is bright and the elevator is quite fast. Room: The room is not very large. When booking, I specifically noted the high area and quiet room. The hotel front desk arranged it well. The room has a smart toilet and comfortable bedding. Breakfast: As the online reviews said, the breakfast has few varieties to choose from. Except for the wonton and noodles in the noodle stall, there is nothing else to choose. Service: The hotel front desk service is enthusiastic and responds to any questions in a timely manner. A hotel with good value for money, I will still choose it next time I stay.

First time staying at Doubletree. Cleanliness as expected from Hilton group. Breakfast spread is sufficient but not exceptional. Will recommend for short stay.

A very cost-effective hotel. The hotel is equipped with a free underground parking lot. The style of the room is simple and modern. There is also a dedicated housekeeper Xiaoyan who can help solve any room problems from check-in to check-out. It is very considerate and the room facilities are quite complete. Yes, there is a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast on the 22nd floor is rich and huge! Came on a business trip, very nice! recommend!

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island
