Hotels in High-tech Development Zone, Wuxi

A special thanks to Anna at the hotel for her warm, thoughtful, and patient service during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in coordinating all my requests and responded promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll be staying here again!

I nearly always choose the Atour Hotel at Golden Wheel Plaza when I travel to Wuxi. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The young gentleman at the front desk (I think his name is Xing Mian) is really an outstanding employee and goes out of his way to make everyone happy. All the ladies in the kitchen breakfast area are also outstanding and so friendly as is all of the room service attendants. No complaints at this hotel. Highly recommend!

I chose the Novotel in Xinwu District for my trip to Wuxi this time, and overall, my stay was quite good – definitely worth a positive review. First off, the hotel only opened last year, so all the facilities are brand new. The lobby looks clean and impressive. The room was quite spacious with good natural light, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was quiet at night, so I got a great rest. I was also happy with the location. It's very convenient to take a taxi to popular attractions like Nanchang Street and Huishan Ancient Town. There's also a subway station nearby, making getting around hassle-free. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in, and their attitude was excellent. The breakfast selection was quite varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Wuxi.

The location is convenient, just over ten minutes from the high-speed train station, and right next to the Japanese restaurant street. The room lighting is smart-sensor activated, and thoughtful amenities like hand cream, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes are provided. The breakfast, though small, has everything you need.

Is good hotel is close to my home if I have guests or sometimes I’m alone I’ll go there for quite life or relax because sometimes my house is old place and I need others clean it so I stay here nice place and their staff is very kind with me but have some problems but it can solve it easily for exe inside of elevator is not luxury but I think with only 1000 Rmb you can make inside luxury:) they don’t have any instructions for guests for exe how to contact with others in the hotel if u call them they can’t speak English but really they are kind persons and don’t have even chargers at the rooms you should call them and ask but they will deliver to you fast I think I said this history for this hotel maybe employ some experts person for at least can speak English:))

Wuxi does not increase the price of the fairy hotel, the price is directly closed! In the afternoon, I just caught up with the rain. I simply soaked in the hotel and experienced the hotel service: the coffee shop is very popular, the freshly ground coffee is super aroma, we also waited for the location, ate a small hot pot at night, 380 yuan 4 people can not finish, not only affordable but also super clean, the next morning to sweat, It is also very clean, their environment is really reassuring, and it is not like the package of traditional hotels, more like a small community! The key point is to praise the service, from entering the door to leaving, every employee is warm and polite, and the details of the initiative to say hello are really a plus! Originally, I booked a room casually, but I was very popular with the service and experience. The young lady in the hot pot department said that if you are satisfied, you must give a good review. Ha, you must praise it. There are not many conscientious merchants like this. Next time you come to Wuxi, you must lock this one!

Had a wonderful stay here with friends. The beds were really comfortable, and the living room was quite spacious, with a nice separation between the dining area and the sofa seating. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, though you'll need to buy your own seasonings. The only thing missing was a cutting board, which made chopping a bit inconvenient. The cleaning staff was very prompt and did a great job – everything was spotless. When we called the front desk for things we needed or were missing, they were delivered very quickly. We also used the hotel's swimming pool and gym, both of which were quite good. My only suggestion would be for a larger TV in the living room; I think it would be more enjoyable for everyone when we're all together.

Our stay at the hotel was only 3 days and 2 nights. The receptionist greeted us with so much enthusiasm and was very kind. Since I can only understand basic Chinese, they helped me by adding me on WeChat so that if I needed anything, they would be happy to assist me. That was really thoughtful. I would definitely book and stay here again when I come back to visit Wuxi.

We stayed in this 4 star hotel for 3 nights in 2 superior twin single bed rooms and the overall experience is considerably good in terms of service, price, food, and location. The hotel breakfast quality is good, but variety is limited through out our 3 days stay. The hotel's biggest selling point is their location in which they are located just right in front of the exit 2 of Taihuhuayuan metro station. Therefore, it is super convenient for those who carry big luggages. There are plenty of local dishes restaurants and convenient stores nearby the hotel. It is recommended to stay in this hotel for those who don't wish to pay high cost, yet you can still get decent services. Thank you for the extra breakfast voucher provided upon request.
