The hotel boasts unparalleled views; it's truly a benchmark in Wuxi. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the lake view was perfect, no need for a higher floor. Liyuan Garden is right downstairs, and the hotel even provides complimentary tickets. The food was excellent; we had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, featuring professional, state-of-the-art equipment that's comfortable and convenient to use, without unnecessary decorative gimmicks. The air conditioning temperature and fan speed were just right, the lighting was comfortable—everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are wide, ideal for families with two children. Connecting rooms are especially suitable for traveling with elderly parents. The pool was clean and not crowded, and the kids had so much fun they didn't want to eat. I particularly want to commend the housekeeping team. We stayed at 14 hotels on this trip, and the cleaning here was the most thorough and meticulous. It's not that other hotels weren't clean, but here, you could feel a deep-seated, inherent cleanliness every day. My only complaint is why the connecting room option for four beds on Trip.com only includes two breakfasts per day. I suggest the front desk consider guest psychology and add an all-inclusive breakfast option. Paying the same price upfront for an all-inclusive package feels different from having to pay extra each morning.

Had a great weekend stay overall. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to an executive floor lake-view room and received complimentary welcome fruits and executive lounge access. The hotel's biggest advantage is definitely its environment. Located right by Li Lake, my room offered direct lake views from the window, and it was lovely to take a stroll along the lakeside. It's perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Service was also excellent. The staff at the front desk, executive lounge, restaurants, concierge, and room service were all very friendly and responded to guest requests promptly. Room facilities were standard Marriott offerings – neither exceptional nor disappointing. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provided fantastic lake views, and the standard bathtub was great for a relaxing soak in the evening. The bathroom also had a separate vanity area. The only minor issue I encountered was a loose power outlet near the desk, which I hope the hotel will maintain or replace promptly. Public facilities were well-maintained. The pool had lifeguards, and the changing rooms offered individual private changing spaces, which was a nice touch. The underground parking had dedicated Tesla charging stations, which is very convenient for EV owners. Dining was generally good. The breakfast buffet had noodle, egg, and specialty noodle stations. This time, the specialty was Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and all the usual categories were available. Despite the large summer crowd, the on-site order and management were quite good. The executive lounge's Happy Hour offered a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, and while the light meal options weren't extensive, they were tasty. Room service was prompt, and the late-night opening hours and menu variety weren't reduced, which is commendable. Also, the roasted pigeon at the Chinese restaurant is highly recommended. Finally, two small suggestions: 1) Given the high number of pool users during summer, I suggest the changing rooms' cleaning frequency be increased, and used towels be cleared promptly. 2) The underground parking could use more cleaning, especially the water stains near the loading dock, which I hope can be addressed in a timely manner. Overall, it was a very good stay. The hotel's environment and service were quite satisfying. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Wuxi.

My stay at Atour truly exceeded expectations! The room facilities were incredibly thoughtful – smart toilet, high-definition projector, and super soft mattress and pillows; lying down instantly melted away my fatigue. Even the desk and chair were comfortable. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, offering everything from freshly ground coffee and squeezed juices to hot congee, pastries, and salads. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was fantastic, plus there were local specialty snacks. I felt energized all day after eating! The environment was simply beyond words. The lobby was quiet and elegant with a very soothing fragrance. The hallways and rooms were sparkling clean, with every detail meticulously cared for. The staff member, Hongdou, was also exceptionally gentle and attentive, always happy to help with any request. My stay was so comfortable! I'll definitely choose Atour again next time.

This Atour hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to MixC World, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room facilities are well-maintained, clean, and dry, with great soundproofing, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and a delightful surprise was the warm congee served late at night. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, with little touches everywhere that made the overall stay very pleasant and highly recommendable.

I originally booked a standard room, but the front desk staff upgraded me to a different room type for free! When I opened the door – oh my god! It came with a huge balcony!! 🌿 Drawing back the curtains revealed lush greenery everywhere, with the distant mountain views looking like a painting. Sipping coffee and zoning out there in the morning, I felt so relaxed I didn't want to leave~ ☕️ The room itself was incredibly quiet, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't even hear the wind at night 🌙 And the best part is, the hotel's own garden is absolutely stunning!! Little bridges over flowing water and a pavilion in the middle of the lake – it's 100% picture-perfect. The service was also impeccable! From the moment I walked in, all the staff greeted me with smiles and proactively asked if I needed help with my luggage. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I was incredibly touched 😭 Overall, the experience was a perfect 10/10 💯 Whether you want a relaxing getaway or amazing photo opportunities, this place completely delivers!

Before the May Day holiday ended, I took my parents to Wuxi. I originally wanted to book the Junlai Hubin Hotel, which is right next to Liyuan and convenient for visiting. However, the rooms were 35 square meters, and there was a significant holiday price increase. Looking at the Crowne Plaza not far away, the rooms were 40 square meters, so I booked there instead. The night before check-in, a customer service representative called to ask if I had any room requests, so I tried asking if I could get a lake view. The representative said they would try their best depending on room availability that day. Upon arrival, I found that they had indeed given me a lake-facing room, and with the sunny weather, I was in a great mood. Additionally, the concierge in the lobby was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions in detail. The hotel breakfast was also very rich. The only drawback is that the breakfast area feels a bit old and could use a renovation.

The location is fantastic, very close to Wuxi's famous scenic spot, Yuantouzhu. The lovely lady at the front desk upgraded us to a lake view room with an amazing view, offering a panoramic sight of Yuantouzhu. A big shout-out for that! Plus, the service was excellent; they were responsive to all our requests. Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

For all you folks planning your annual cherry blossom trip to Wuxi, you absolutely *must* visit Yuantouzhu (Turtle Head Isle) and stay at Sakura Villa. It perfectly embodies the saying 'a waterside pavilion gets the moonlight first,' meaning you get the best of it! You can get free admission to Yuantouzhu, enjoy cherry blossom views right from your room, and step out directly into the Cherry Blossom Valley. You'll see so many cherry blossoms you'll get 'aesthetic fatigue,' haha! The hotel's breakfast noodles are quite good, and for lunch, they offer a '3 white' set meal – a good option if you don't feel like venturing out on a rainy day. Key point: Traffic control for entering and exiting the Yuantouzhu scenic area is very strict. During the day, food delivery services aren't allowed inside; deliveries will be left with the guard at the Dushan gate entrance. You'll have to walk 1km yourself to pick them up, or arrange with the hotel front desk for a shuttle to collect it for you. Ride-sharing services and taxis face the same restrictions; it seems they can only enter after 9 PM with prior notification. If you're heading to Ling Shan, I recommend leaving before 7 AM, otherwise, it'll take at least half an hour just to get out of Bogong Island. Also, enjoying cherry blossoms really depends on the weather. This year, the prime viewing period was limited from March 31st to April 4th. After just one storm, half the blossoms were gone, and the crowds were absolutely massive. If you're going to Wuyun Yaju for dinner, be aware that the scenic area gate near the Health Hotel will close. On your way back, *do not* follow Baidu Maps through Jiusong Pavilion to that side; you'll hit a closed gate and waste at least 20 minutes (Baidu Maps led me astray, Gaode Maps is more accurate). Check the last three pictures for yourself to understand what I mean.
