Because the child is still young, I am very picky about the hotel’s hygiene and service. The young lady at the front desk greeted me very friendly when I arrived at this hotel. They would kindly ask if there are any floor requirements. My son took children’s slippers and toothbrushes and told us about breakfast time and the laundry room. After arriving in the room, he felt that the room was large and very clean. He went to the laundry room to wash the clothes and can also be dried directly. Anyway, thanks to the little girl at the front desk for staying in. Satisfied, stay here next time

First of all, good service, clean, tidy, and good location. The bad thing is that the hotel's air conditioner is not good, and the temperature can't drop at all. I called the housekeeping department and told me to close the curtains! The temperature is lowered by pulling the curtains? It's so weird. Furthermore, the windows cannot be opened, the room cannot be ventilated, and there is no exhaust pipe in the bathroom. When calling the guest room, it is said to open the door to breathe. The engineer from the engineering department came to see the air conditioner and said that there is general fresh air in the whole building. Why don’t I believe it? If there is fresh air, the fuzz in the room will be covered with remote controls and desks? Breakfast is also average, 98 per person, too few varieties, a bit expensive compared to the price.

There is a terrace, the sweet-scented osmanthus from the room, happy body and mind 🤩🤩 returned to the room sad reminder, the door lock of the terrace has a problem, non-professionals can't close 😂😂 ”Called the room attendant did not close” is said to be not repaired ”this view room is not white!” Everything else is very good, it is the third time I have stayed. The hotel is near the lake and the surrounding environment is very good.
