Checking in late at night in the scorching heat, the front desk service staff is friendly and has a strong sense of service, and actively coordinates with other departments to deliver ice cubes to the room. Later, I contacted the front desk to send some baby supplies, which was also very fast. The next day, when I met the cleaning staff in the corridor, they would take the initiative to say hello, and it was not the kind of emotionless routine, which made people feel very comfortable. The room layout and facilities are very good and impressive, and the air conditioning is very powerful. The only regret is that the water in the shower is a bit small, which may not be enjoyable for those who like a strong water flow. I got up in the morning and walked around the hotel. It is on the edge of Taihu Lake. It is very quiet and suitable for relaxing. There is also a place to raise peacocks outside the restaurant on the first floor. The little friends like it very much. The master who feeds them is also very nice and explains patiently. The breakfast is very rich, 5-star praise. We started contacting them ten days before booking and sent out guides the day before.
