18號那天去的，服務員説話聲音特別小，問問題都得問兩遍，回答問題也一直低頭不看人，態度也不好。帶着孩子去的，家庭房竟然安排在最差的位置，開窗就是牆。。。

因為公事出差入住的這家酒店，這家酒店衞生還挺乾淨的，但是酒店的服務態度不太好，入住空氣環境也不達標。因為入住後去浴室洗完頭洗澡，嗓子就很痛，頭也很暈，呼吸困難，當晚打電話告知了前台我入住後的情況，得知這個酒店是重新轉讓翻新的，説2024年1月份才裝修的，現在才5月份，離裝修才4個月，房間有毒氣體讓人不舒服，讓人呼吸困難，當晚我住的房間是8026，是有窗户的，窗户衹有圖一小小的一個，晚上我衹有透過這個二樓8026的房間小小的窗户讓自己透透氣。隨後受不了還是覺得難受，便出門在嘉陵江旁散步透透氣。我想告訴大家傢俱有換新，然後牆壁翻新，還有就是廁所門也重新噴了漆，因為新門下面是不會壞那麼多的，有毒氣體也不會在短短4個月消散，剛好廁所是封閉狀態，氣温升高，有毒氣體揮發的越快。給前台打電話，前台説是香薰的味道，我聞了聞香薰，根本就不是香薰的味道。他們在掩蓋事實，另外當晚前台沒有給我滿意的處理辦法，或者更換房間，第二天早上7點我就早早離開麗悦酒店了，但是導致身體不舒服，去了醫院。希望酒店能做好自己酒店的工作，和優秀的服務態度，消費者才能放心地入住。為了健康着想大家還是謹慎選擇入住沒有問題酒店！！！謝謝
