The location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the breakfast buffet is rich. The guest room response service is fast, but the room is a bit small. Since it snowed heavily when I stayed, the air-conditioned room will be a bit cold. The hardware facilities can be cleaned and updated on time, which will be better.

SShutudepangziFacilities: The facilities are relatively complete and new. Disposable slippers are more comfortable. I thought about asking the hotel for a pair when I left, but I didn't have the nerve to do it 😂. The only uncomfortable thing is that the window seems to be broken and can't be closed tightly, which is a little noisy
Environment: The room has a strong sense of technology and is easy to use
Service: The airport pick-up service is very good. The pick-up driver seems to get off work at 1 a.m. I called at 0:50 and the driver came to pick me up, which is very good. I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea due to time issues.
But I don't know why the ”fruit courtesy” in the order was not given.
Sanitation: The sanitation is relatively clean

There are many lighting controls, which is very clever. There are many types of breakfasts with a wide range of choices. The service staff, especially the front desk lady, are very enthusiastic and professional. Chaibo Lake is outside the window, which is particularly impressive on foggy mornings.

VVarsenal76Modena is clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately it’s not near a subway and is a long ways from the airport.
2 complaints:
1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker.
2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

LLTHotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. GGuest UserI have stayed at Somerset many times. The location of this Somerset is not very central, but it is cost-effective. When a family of 5 travels, you can also make some midnight snacks. It is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. I will choose Somerset next time.

YYee KwanBEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE.
We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel.
Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly.
Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message,
”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.”
We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK.
So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

MMr. Alex2045this is a well established hotel just beside of the well known pedestrian street Jianghan, just 5min walk to metro station, with rent bicycle available all around station and beyond. Lawsons is also very near.Hotel lobby is of a grand classical style and lifts fitting royals, room amenities more than one can expect, all was just amazing. Pagoda and bridge was the best. but Jianghan street daily overcrowded, with 5x more ppl than it can accommodate, same with Gode temple.
