第一次遇到酒店説中央空調統一調控，衹能吹出自然風的酒店，室內27度，蓋着酒店的棉被熱到整晚睡不着！！衹能開窗通風，開窗樓下是大馬路非常吵。根本不值將近500的房價，第一次聽説換季，空調沒有製冷和制熱的酒店，省電省成這樣還開啥酒店呢！！？

酒店大堂還不錯，房間不小，很多放東西的枱麪。但是洗臉池的枱麪太低了。有同伴説地上有頭髮沒打掃乾淨，我的房間還可以。沒有明窗有個假窗，晚上回來就是睡覺，有沒有窗我個人不很介意。洗澡熱水沒啥問題。

璞隱酒店又一次令人失望，去年在昆明也訂過這個品牌的酒店，衞生環境極差，本次再訂，衞生環境真的對不起這個價格，完全好像沒有管理一樣，難道酒店管理者真的失明的？

跟璞隱的緣分就是這麼深。年前因為武漢凍雨家人被滯留在了武漢，毫不猶豫的依然選擇了璞隱，一樣的幽篁居，一樣的温馨服務，一樣的寧靜環境，不一樣的是看到了不一樣的璞隱。因為看中了酒店某個地方的小小設計，離開酒店後的家人念念不忘，我抱着試試看的態度撥通了酒店的電話。接電話的前台熊小姐問明原委後主動添加了微信，並在忙完後的第一時間幫忙查找設計的訊息，上上下下的查找，來來回回的溝通。原本不是她份內之事，僅僅衹是因為是曾經入住的客户，她便竭盡全力的幫助。在我看來，璞隱璞隱，歸真的是人心，隱於市的是潤物無聲的愛助。非常感謝人美心善的熊小姐，非常感謝與璞隱的相遇，相信緣分仍在繼續！😄😘😊❤️❤️❤️

房間硬件設施真的不錯，前台小哥服務熱情，同時贈送了早餐券。因帶着小朋友入住，還配有小童拖鞋和牙刷，這次到店較晚衹入住了短短几小時，有機會還會入住

酒店旁很近有幾個中南路地鐵站的進出站口，出行很方便，放了行李後白天就出去玩了，晚上回來覺得房間有點熱，武漢十二月這幾天的天氣還挺熱的，於是麻煩前台幫忙換了一個房間，在工作人員的幫助下換到了同樓層另一個房間，非常感謝工作人員耐心細緻且高效的服務。
酒店需要刷卡乘梯，外賣也是有機器人送達，杜絕了非住店客人以外的其他人在房間樓層自由走動，消除了那些在開放式寫字樓或者公寓式酒店中可能遇到的人員混雜和電梯難等的問題，加上房間隔音效果也不錯，所以住宿環境很安靜，點贊。
