It is very stuffy and hot inside the room because the hotel doesn't provide the air-condition.The location is very convenient and the breakfast tastes yummy.

Staff were outstanding.
Rooms excellent.
Only complaint is that there is nowhere to sit and wait in the lobby.

Very comfortable hotel right by the Hankou cone cession area. Breakfast is decent but not the best for that type of hotel in China.

I stayed at the Marco Polo on New Year’s Eve. I was very impressed with the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, except for the temperature. It was SO hot and even though the thermostat said I could change the settings it continued getting hotter in the room. My other complaint was the hours of the swimming pool; it was only open from 2-9–not really convenient with checkin/out hours. However, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The overall hotel was great but the breakfast room was cold and the heating in the room was stuck on 29 degrees which was way too hot. They told me I could open a window but the air outside was toxic. The rest of the hotel was good and the breakfast was delicious but there were no pancakes :(

Nice hotel, rooms smells a bit and you can see that it’s no new hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly! For a short visit (2 or 3 days) we can recommend the hotel. Location is good! Breakfast is also good!
