I booked a hotel nearby for work and business trip. The location is very convenient and there are many restaurants nearby. The room is very clean, the facilities are relatively complete, and it is very quiet. The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe room, and it felt good to stay there!

First of all, the front desk staff didn't have a smile. Because they were careless, they opened a big bed and gave me a twin bed, and then changed it. The main thing is that there was no apology at all! Without saying sorry, they gave me another room card with a cold face 😂 I called to send two bottles of water, but it didn't arrive until we checked out after an hour! Very bad! I have never stayed in such a bad hotel.
