Very large, the facilities are very new and the traffic is very convenient. Arrived in the middle of the night, the staff quickly helped me check in and went to sleep. Very quiet and good quality of sleep. recommend

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a few minutes drive, the health is very good, the staff are very polite, the breakfast is not much, but the taste is very good, and it is different every day, the room is very big, there is a kitchen dishwasher, do it yourself The meal is very convenient, the hotel also has free parking and a self-service laundry room and a free gym. There is a big supermarket not far from the hotel, really recommended, very cost-effective hotel

On the edge of the airport, you can see the airport, but no noisy, paid parking, can not be added, a bed can sleep 2 people, breakfast is not finished, do not know if it is good, eat to drive out, 3 km Look like you can find a shop to eat

I've stayed here many times. The first time, I was blown away at how great it was. The customer service was exceptional. The food was perfect in every way. The overall service was so friendly and professional. I literally loved it like a home away from home. We just stayed there again for 9 nights. I couldn't believe the change in everything. The room was in very poor repair. The blackout blind was broken and sticking out. The cupboard door to the fridge was half broken off. The room didn't give you that really clean feeling. Very dusty like it hadn't been used in a very long time. Every day I had to go down to the front desk because either my key didn't work, or the cleaning staff didn't replenish cups and glasses. We even had to ask for another bath towel. They only left one towel for my husband and I (are we supposed to share???). We asked for 2 glasses. They said they didn't have any and that there was a shortage of glasses. Then we asked the cleaning staff again and they looked at us like we were crazy when we told them that there was apparently a glass shortage in the hotel. So we got 2 glasses that we had to wash ourselves everyday. The worst was the dinner food. WOW!!! Terrible. I ordered the caesar salad. They cut a head of romaine....drizzled some dressing on it with boxed croutons and some bacon bits ( I think ) and served it like that. So basicially I was cutting up a head of romaine and eating the lettuce like that. It was horrible. They still charged me but brought me a bowl of vegetable soup (canned) instead. The room was actually never cleaned.....only the bed was made and some towels were changed. Very disappointing after having an incredibly impressive stay a few years ago. I hope they get their act together and do something about all this. New management may help. The outdoor patio was also not available to use.

This hotel is conveniently located opposite the airport. The internal facilities are clean and tidy. Very good stay experience. Will come again next time

The hotel is very clean and the room is very hygienic, especially the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Free parking. Breakfast came early, in short, very satisfied. The next trip will be coming.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, full room with all the comforts ( fridge, microwave kitchen, washing machine, coffee shop ) very useful for long stays , this avoids meals at the restaurant every day. The hotel is very clean and the hotel is also clean .The staff are listening to the clients. Only small bemol , the hotel bar is closed ( I imagine the covid ) , the outdoor house does not work . I drove from California to Winnipeg and stayed here for my 14-days of self isolation. From the initial call mid-July to arrange my stay to my check out in Sept, the staff was super helpful, friendly and attentive throughout. It’s a new hotel in town and everything was new and super comfortable. Having to stay inside the entire time, I am thankful they accommodated my request for a larger fridge and room. The room was comfortable given two thermostats (main room & bedroom) and remote window blinds. Kitchen was fully equipped and loved the large fridge so I could cook my meals. WiFi connection was flawless and 3 TVs plenty. Arranged for friends to help deliver groceries as well as local restaurant deliveries for the duration of my stay. Parking space was plenty and my car was safe. I did not use pool or gym on this stay so I can’t comment on those. I’ve already recommended this hotel to family and friends. I am also arranging a 2nd booking towards the end of my stay for mid-October before I head back to California. Very satisfied Hyatt customer, thank you Hyatt House Winnipeg!
