Stayed here for 2 nights in the middle of the week, in winter so I imagine it was much quieter than it will be in the summer. Hotel was absolutely superb- extremely comfortable, clean, with a relaxing a**osphere. It is decorated very well, lovely art on the walls, very tasteful. We stayed in the smallest double room available- a really cosy attic room- and we did not find that the size was an issue, it did not feel cramped. At night it was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was also delicious- there are definitely options for everyone- and the extras (such as some free fudge and teas and hot chocolate for the room) were very much appreciated. Staff were lovely and welcoming- all in all a really enjoyable experience! Hopefully we will be returning there one day.
