The place was cosy and the location is decent if you’re visiting the national park via the West entrance.

The location is good, very close to the west gate of Yellowstone Park. There are McDonald's and supermarkets nearby, making shopping convenient. There is a microwave in the room, and the hot water is very hot and comfortable. It is worthy of praise.

In the small town of West Yellowstone, parking is very convenient, and the rooms are generally clean without looking at the details. The facilities are basically enough for our family. There is a large refrigerator and electric stove to make some food.

The location is very good. It is very good to be able to live in such a room here. The two ********* service girls can speak Chinese and are very enthusiastic. The corridor is wide and equipped with tables and chairs. It is really great to drink tea and watch the scenery.

The room is older and the key is still used to open the door. However, the room was quite clean and spacious. There are also many shops around, especially close to the famous barbecue restaurant, and it is also convenient to enter and exit Yellowstone Park.

The room is relatively large, clean, quiet, and the service is good! The location is easy to find. It is not far from the exit of West Yellowstone. The environment is safe and convenient. It is recommended for friends who travel!

Room facilities are outdated and prices are exorbitantly high

Apart from the great location, there are really no other advantages. . .

It's an older property, and the door locks are hard to work. The floors are weak in spots, or at least it feels like it. The outside on the second floor really needs lighting. The tub gets slick and needs a friction mat of some kind. Having said all that, the beds are fabulous, and the sheet were really soft! Service for the rooms was excellent. Check in and check out were easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy access to Yellowstone, shopping, and dining.

I can't say enough good things about Chad , front desk person. He was incredibly friendly and helpful . But , the bathroom and sink area definitely need hooks . There isn't a place to hang towels . Also our room was at ground level and we could hear the floor above squeaking as the people were walking . Other than that we highly reccomend this facility.

It was good, had a few things to work on but I would stay there again (we stayed two days). Could use two table chairs rather than one - however there was some outdoor seating shared by all guests. It was a bit cold for that. The bed table needed to be smaller so the bathroom door could open all the way. Hey the bathroom was nice and upgraded, beds were comfortable. The hall light was not on making it hard to find your room and get the key in. The desk clerk was accommodating making sure when coffee ran out or you needed ice, he fixed you up. All together I rate it Good. and if it is good, that's what you want.

Website information was false. No coffee maker in the room. Office was not open at 7am for coffee. Coffee container was empty by 7:44 am. One chair in room for two people. TV channels were primarily sales promotion (QVC etc). No weather, news or movies. Poor room layout. Sink was separate from bathroom. No towels were available in proximity to sink. Complaints to desk personnel were met with “I’ll notify the manager”. This place sucks!!
