Hampton Inn & Suites Worcester

The facility was excellent! The breakfast was awesome. The pool is great. Gym is quiet. Overall amazing room and a great comfort.

I stayed in the Hampton Inn because of it's proximity to my doctors office. It was forecasted to snow and my doctor's appointment was absolutely necessary for me to receive my infusion of medication on schedule despite the forecasted snow. The service I received was good although it began with some confusion about my bill. My reservation was prepaid but it took a while to find this information in the hotel's computer system. I had a restful evening and got to my appointment in the morning without incident and for this I am grateful. There were a few issues that I think need to be addressed. First, ice was not available on each floor and there was no complimentary water in my room. I was disappointed with the unsatisfactory condition of the refrigerator and there was no recycling bin in my room. There was no handle or bar on the shower door to open the door after showering and there was no place to put my towel convenient to the shower stall once I was done. The toilet paper holder was awkward to use forcing me to remove the toilet paper from it and leave it on the sink. These issues are minor in nature but cumulatively they made my stay below average for the price I paid. It was not horrible and no part of my stay was compromised but I have stayed at other Hampton Inns that were exceptional, which is why I chose this one for this important stay. I did have a choice of a Marriot equidistant from my doctor's office. In the future, if I am in need of staying overnight convenient to my doctor's office, I will give the Marriot a chance. Thank you for your attention to these issues and I am hopeful that they are addressed to make the stay of other travelers exceptional.

So the door to the room mechanism had to be repaired. The security in the hotel was nonexistent, meaning no ID’s were checked for room access. Cars were broken into during the stay so we had to bring everything up to our room, Dishwasher in our suite had dirty dishes left in it which were disgusting.

The staff didn't stop loud customers who decided they needed to have loud music all night long.

Overall I liked the property. Staff was awesome, room large and very pleasant. The bathroom cleaning needs more detailed attention. I would stay here again.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but eggs were fake and tasteless and dining room was cold.

everything was great,but have to say i did not like being charged $15.00 to park in there parking lot !

When we arrived we were told that there was no internet/ WiFi and that we’d have to use emergency keys. We weren’t able to go to the pool or any other amenities with the emergency key. The next day the power went out for over an hour, delaying breakfast and flickering on and off for a while.
