Room 326 smelled like dirty feet
The sink in the bathroom was clogged and took an hour to drain
Room service tried opening my door at
3:30 pm on a sunday asking about room service
I wouldnt spend $130 a night to stay here

The front desk clerk Kris was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Her customer service was the best part of our stay. Everything was clean. And breakfast was great

The hotel did not look clean. Hallway smelled like vomit and there were stains everywhere. Room was not better, there were stains and it was not properly cleaned. Signs of missed areas were everywhere, door handles, carpet, corners etc. The bathroom looked nice but the walls were not clean, many scuff marks and hand prints, the fixtureswere out of place. The closet was very small. The beds were uncomfortable, we hardly slept. Would have slept on floor but it looked and felt very unclean, had stains and looked like it needed a thorough deep cleaning. After leaving and coming back the room just smells, we could not tell what it was. It was not wheelchair friendly. I chose this hotel due to previous experience with name but I guess in Michigan this is not the hotel that you should stay in. It was too late for us to change hotels. Staff was friendly.

The staff was wonderfully helpful! There was a slight issue in the room I checked into initially. I went to speak to Simone at the front desk and she was kind, helpful, and very quickly resolved the issue. In the morning, the staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
